We were lucky to catch up with Tim Bridges recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tim, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with inspirations and heroes. Are there any historical figures you look up to?
Everyone needs a role model to look up to and train underneath. My grandfather who was an international professional painter was mine. Growing up I would sit by his side witnessing his precision focus and self trained techniques that brought him much recognition and awards. He applied his patient and detailed skills to all things in life and made the best with what he had. He wasn’t a deeply religious or spiritual person, however he was a very conscious man, which made him one of the most beautiful souls.
He taught me how to care, art appreciation, the ability to do anything that I put my mind too, and most importantly patience for others.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I have always been creatively inclined, however what originally allowed me to step away from pipeline construction was recruitment and staffing.
When we began, we had a trinity of services recruitment, graphic design, and web development.
We broke out the recruitment and staffing service to create 2 separate entities, then later added a fashion company extension that has really taken off quickly.
We are capable of a lot of 3rd party service support which could be a blessing to any business. Some specialties that our clients appreciate are:
Creative Graphic Design & Content Creation
Web Development
NFT Minting
Remote Office Setup & CRM Implementation
Custom Branded Fashion & Promotional Items
Recruitment & Staffing
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Everyone is aware by now that these past few years has plunged us into the worst economy in world history in decades, quite possibly ever.
When you start a new startup business in a good economy, most new businesses still fail.
When you manage a business in this strangle held economy there are times that you run low on income. We have been able to shift on a dime and create new avenues for revenue while watching older well established brands fold and go under.
When we began we were largely focused on the midstream industry.
When policy changes were made we had to shift into downstream, manufacturing, telecom, and IT.
We also rolled out our marketing services and fashion brand to create additional revenue streams.
Becoming more diverse was a lot of work from our team, but it gave us the client base required to make it to today.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Care for others deeply and trust even when you know it may not work out the way you envisioned.
Allow others to show you their true colors, do your best to remove gossip from the organization.
When you give someone a minute of your time, provide it without expecting anything in return and add extreme value. Supply morale support, if you have a helpful story, application, or tip that will help others achieve their goals.
Give others a thorough walkthrough and teach them how to “start”.
Most people have trouble just starting the thing that needs to be completed.
