We recently connected with Tiffany Washington and have shared our conversation below.
Tiffany, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today. Parents play a huge role in our development as youngsters and sometimes that impact follows us into adulthood and into our lives and careers. Looking back, what’s something you think you parents did right?

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?
I’m a native of Eudora, Arkansas where I now reside in Little Rock, AR. Growing up as a child I was surrounded by my grandmothers, mom, aunts, and other amazing women in the community. I can remember my mom being classy in her fashion and passion for decorating. I believe that’s where my passion of fashion arrived from. My parents were both committed to making sure our family of four of two sisters, and one brother had what we needed. I’m the third child. My parents are now both retired and enjoying life. My dad served our country for over thirty years in the military and mom who worked in the manufacturing industry for a number of years. I’m proud to say they’re both college graduates ,showed us the power of resilience and never giving up.
I would always play dress up from my mom’s closet putting outfits together and we were wore the same size shoe too. My interested in being a creative evolved even more. Now, I understand today why I love helping others look and feel their best especially women from the inside first then out.
I’ve spent over nineteen years in the healthcare and wellness industry as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. In 2014, I began working on my personal transformation spiritually and physically. This began a process of healing to become whole. Today, I’m still committed to this work daily.
In 2015, I began using my social media platform to motivate, empower women and this pushed me into entrepreneurship. I was able speak at many women events which allowed me use my passion for fashion to create different looks. I am now a Lifestyle Image Consultant. Over the last two years, I helped style women from my jewelry business with one of the major well-known jewelry company as a independent consultant.
My mission as a Lifestyle Image Consultant is empowering women through style and fashion helping build confidence and gain clarity to become the best version of themselves.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In 2001, I suffered a major healthcare crisis that impacted my life to a near death experience. After this experience I had to make up in my mind that I had to put my health first not to encounter this again. Although, this wasn’t a smooth road and faced many challenges I determined not to give up.

How did you build your audience on social media?
In 2015, I began using my social media platform to motivate, empower women and this pushed me into entrepreneurship.
I began sharing encouragement posts , being my authentic self, and this allowed me to increase my presence. Now, social media is evolving more to a digital space where we can share moments in real-time.
My advice to someone is starting to build their social media presence start with showing up consistently building relationships, share your passion, educate your audience and don’t be afraid to share part of your story.
