Tiffany, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Setting clear and achievable goals is the cornerstone of success. Without a clear vision of what one wants to achieve, it is easy to become directionless and lose motivation. Goals provide a roadmap, guiding individuals through the necessary steps to reach their desired outcome. They also serve as a benchmark for measuring progress and staying focused. Whether they are short-term objectives or long-term ambitions, clearly defined goals help in maintaining a sense of purpose and direction.

A strong work ethic is another critical component of success. This involves dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to put in the necessary effort even when faced with challenges. Success rarely comes overnight; it often requires sustained effort over time. Those who are committed to their goals and are willing to work hard are more likely to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally, a strong work ethic fosters discipline and resilience, qualities that are essential for navigating the ups and downs of any journey.

Lastly, the pursuit of personal growth is essential for achieving success. This means constantly seeking to improve oneself through learning and self-reflection. Hello, my name is Tiffany Valle. My husband, children, and I have lived in Washington County our entire life. We are much involved with the community as our children play in many sports for Potosi School District. I also have connected and created many friendships with people here in my community over the years while working in the medica/dental field.
A positive aspect of mine is the compassion I have for helping others feel better and more confident about themselves. My hobbies have always been spending time with my family, friends and of course going to spas. The spas always left me feeling amazing inside and out which had the effect on me to want everyone to experience that. Skincare has been a longtime interest and battle of mine as I dealt with certain skin issues. In 2021, I decided to accomplish one of my long-term goals, which was to attend esthetician school and open my own spa. I was apperceiving that it would be challenging but with an ample amount of hardwork, dedication, perseverance, my husband’s support, and my best friend’s words of encouragement, I did it! I am currently a licensed esthetician, RMA, and the proud owner of Tiffany’s Beauty Bar LLC. I completely love what I do and believe that it is shown through the quality and ethic of my work.
I am educated in thoroughly examining the skin and referring clients that may have a suspicious area/spot on their skin to a dermatologist to further determine if it is skin cancer or any other serious concern. I have helped many achieve more confidence about their age and appearance. My main priorities are helping my clients maintain and/or have healthy skin, positive self-esteem, and the confidence in loving their skin.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I started my business page out by sharing and doing give away baskets. I would ask my friends and family to share my post, tag three friends and to like my page to be entered. I post something everyday whether it be educational, pictures of my work or funny memes that pertain to my industry.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I think what helped me build my reputation with in my market is that I am forever learning and keeping up with the new trends. I provide quality work at a great price and I am very honest when it comes to telling my clients what they need not just what they want to hear.
