Tiffany-Rose, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Innovation comes in all shapes, sizes and across all industries, so we’d love to hear about something you’ve done that you feel was particularly innovative.

The most innovative thing I’ve done within my cosmetic line is launching my very own Beauty Vending Machine.

Tiffany-Rose, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I dived into the cosmetic industry during the pandemic. My oldest daughter was watching some videos and came across a lipgloss video and asked if we could try it out. What started as a fun night for my daughter and I actually turning into the birthing of a new brand inside our kitchen, right at the kitchen table.

I think what sets me apart from other beauty brands is that I don’t try to sell beauty. I want you to know you were beautiful before my brand, I sell creativity, I sell fun, I sell the fashion side of cosmetics with a range of different textures, colors and styles. I offer lipstick, lipgloss, eyeshadow, eye lashes and launching very soon foundation.

My brand is a community for uplifting, positivity and encouragement which goes much beyond beauty products.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Showing up for my customers as well as including them along the way of my journey. Being transparent with my customers and staying consistent!

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

I’d have to say social media. You have access to the world by a simple click of a button. When your personable, positive and consistent with your followers/viewers more will come.
