We were lucky to catch up with Tiffany Nicole recently and have shared our conversation below.

Tiffany , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One deeply underappreciated facet of entrepreneurship is the kind of crazy stuff we have to deal with as business owners. Sometimes it’s crazy positive sometimes it’s crazy negative, but crazy experiences unite entrepreneurs regardless of industry. Can you share a crazy story with our readers?

For 5 years I had been dreaming and manifesting to take a trip to Tulum Mexico. At the time my business was only offering 1 transformational Life Course and I was ONLY teaching it live and locally in Miami where I live. Not only did I not have the funds to travel I also couldn’t take off work while also getting paid. .
I began envisioning my future self and got very clear on the life she would lead in the next year and she was no longer chained to one location but jet setting around the world while teaching multiple courses online. I saw her doing this, I could feel the freedom and excitement of traveling to new locations and soaking up the culture while doing the work that brings me so much purpose and joy in my life.

I got a call soon after from someone who owned a yoga studio in Miami she asked if I wanted to partner in a retreat. We met for tacos and she said how about we host a retreat in Tulum. I almost couldn’t believe what was happening. Both of my manifestations just appeared at the same time. My future self said YES let’s do this.

I was terrified. I had never done a retreat before, I had never hosted or worked any place but Miami. She also said lets fly to Tulum in the next 24 hrs, pick a spot and come right back so we can get started. Immediately the fear rushed over me and in the moment I knew I was being given the opportunity to spread my wings, get out of my comfort zone, and finally go to the place I dreamed of for 5 years!!! I reached into my wallet, swallowed the lump in my throat and handed over my credit card for those plane tickets.

When we landed it was as if I had been there before because I had held the vision of this place in my heart, mind, and soul for so long. We quickly began looking at all the hotels ad possible retreat locations. Finally that next morning the last place we saw felt right!

On the flight home I pulled my tray table down and there was a sticker that said I had won something and to push the button for the stewardess. When she came over she said you won a free trip back to Tulum. I mean if this wasn’t the Universe smiling down to meet my actions I don’t know what it.

After returning Riki who was partnering with me called to make sure this was the right location, she was feeling called to two of them. As she was talking I locked eyes on a post card that had been on my fridge for years. It said I love Tulum and it was the that last location we saw while in Tulum, at the same time my Mom was texting me a post card she saw in a grocery store in Oregon and said I thought this might help I know you were just in Tulum. It was the same post card on my fridge.

Again the Universe leading me to the answer. I said this is the place. What I haven’t shared is that for a few years I had been receiving really powerful downloads around the Universal laws, how frequency works, manifestation, etc.. had no idea what it all meant but I kept a word doc opened that I would just keep adding to over time.

One morning shortly after we choose our location I sat at my computer for 13 hours straight as all these downloads I had kept in this word doc began to stream through me as my new course Believe & Manifest.

I not only hosted a sold out retreat in Tulum. I also lauched and taught my new program and took my business entirely online, while being able to afford to stay in Tulum for a month and teach it online for the first time.

Sometimes the reason why our personal and business desires haven’t materialized yet isn’t because we don’t know how or we aren’t good enough. It’s because it’s going to be so much more meaning and impactful than anything you could have ever imagined.

My initial reason for wanting to go to Tulum was just vacation. It was so worth the wait to know I would launch a course, host a retreat, stay for an entire month, and change the trajectory of my business from being local to finally becoming global.

I knew nothing about retreats, launching courses, or having an online business. But when we trust ourselves to follow our dreams the roadmap will appear. You wont know it all before you do it, but allow yourself the freedom to learn along the way because you never know what magic, or desired manifestations are waiting for you in the end.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

I don’t just hire people based on skill set or how much they made someone else etc.. I also hire them based on how interested and well versed they are in the type of healing and mindset work I do! When people are genuinely interested in something they are also curious and they will be more creative, have more to offer, and be motivated to work on your stuff. My team cares, and it shows in there effort and punctuality and the actual experience of my clients on the backend of things. .
I welcome all ideas, I ask for opinions. I want them to feel like they are actually part of my team, and not just working for me. There work is what people see and read. There thoughts and input matter and when people are valued they show up and give value. And when you ask for peoples in put you benefit from having more ideas and growth that you could have missed on your own.

Also we are all human. Mistakes are ok! Emergencies happen. Sometimes things are a day late because a pet or your kid got sick etc.. I remember when I did have bosses its like we weren’t allowed to be human. I hated how this felt. I never want anyone to feel like real life things are not just as important as work, because they are. So compassion is top on my list for myself and others.

Lastly I encourage questions. I don’t want anyone to be afraid to ask me something if they dont know how to do it. We are all here to learn, open communication is key!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

You can’t deny results! When I first started my Theta Healing Business I was offering, explaining, and selling them on my Instagram stories. I literally offered for people to come to my house for a session. (Do not recommend lol I look back on this and I was like what was I thinking) A day later they would message me and ask when can I do this again! Completly shocked at how much changed within them so fast. .
People started referring family members, friends, there spouse etc.. before I could blink I was seeing 6 people per week. Good news travels fast! And when something really works people cant help but share and talk about it.

Covid happened shortly after and it forced me to take my theta healing business online. It was such a gift in disguise. I was able to service people all over the world. Within 1 month online I was sold out for the next 2 years. Its been a wild ride. What sells it are peoples results! And my motivation to always be talking about it, sharing testimonials and explaining the benefits etc..
