We were lucky to catch up with Tiffany Jenkins recently and have shared our conversation below.
Tiffany, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Having patience, Upon initiating a business venture, we commonly underestimate the importance of patience, expecting instantaneous success; however, it is through patience that we overcome the inevitable challenges. My guiding principle will always be “ slow and steady wins the race “
Tiffany, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am 28 years old , residing in Columbia South Carolina . I started my party favor business May 2024 in addition to my business I do hold my Dental Assistant degree and currently on the road to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. Due to mental health issues I left my previous job back in December 2023 , I always knew I had a creative hand but I never thought to put it to use until one day I decided to cater my nephews birthday party and afterwards I started getting orders , I was a bit nervous and even scared at first because I knew nothing when it came to the “business perspective” but I thought back to when I asked God to order my steps and I didn’t want to disobey, thats when WRAPFRENZY came to play. I make anything you can think of when it come to party favors such as chips bag, juice pouches, assortment of different snacks ; I even event as far as starting to make memorial buttons , digital flyers, Invitations and more.
Don’t get me wrong I still struggle on the daily with my mental but I realize when I get orders and start design and assembling my mind is at ease , Some day are harder than others but I refuse to give up because I have a son that is watching me and I am his only parent , also getting message from stranger telling me how proud they are of how far I have come in just 9 months its like a whole 360 , I can say myself that I have definitely have came a LONG way with GOD on my side. One day in the future I do plan on this being my main source of income , but until then I will continue to walk in my purpose .

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
My journey to building an audience started with me creating a Facebook business page, followed by expansion to Instagram, and most recently, producing and sharing videos on TikTok. A key takeaway is the importance of posting content, irrespective of potential engagement. Even a single share can be impactful, and persistence ultimately leads to reaching the target audience. Furthermore, leveraging offline promotion through strategically placed business cards in stores has proven effective in driving online engagement.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I’ve had to adapt to the mindset that personal involvement ensures quality, it’s essential to recognize the value of leveraging available assistance. As business growth accelerates, so does the risk of burnout. I recall instances where delegating tasks, even simple ones like cutting, was necessary to fulfill substantial orders, highlighting the importance of seeking support.
