We recently connected with Tiffany J. Wymbs and have shared our conversation below.
Tiffany, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
I remember sitting in my bedroom praying and asking God for clarity on what would be the necessary steps to completing the next chapter in my life. I always knew that I wanted to help young girls and women execute the vision and birth out that spiritual baby God placed inside of them. I had the passion, I had the faith, but the only thing missing was the blueprint. I started to write down everything I wanted to achieve including how I wanted to market, brand and promote. As I was writing I heard the Lord say “The Birthing Room.” I didn’t quite understand it at first and to be quite honest I was confused. After suffering from infertility issues and feeling inadequate as a woman, God reminded me that I was created to birth out ideas and leadership skills in other women and young girls. That year I launched what is now “The Birthing Room,” where we Inspire, Equip, Motivate, and Create Leadership skills in women, and girls from different backgrounds and demographics. No matter the circumstance, age, or race, we meet them right where they are and change their lives for the better.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
My name is Tiffany J. Wymbs. I am from Winder Ga and I’m 33 years old. I am happily married to my husband, Pastor Alexander Wymbs and we are happily raising our daughter Madison Jackson who is 14 years old. I got into mentoring and helping women and young girls in the community because growing up and suffering with many issues. I always wanted a mentor or leader who would see me beyond my mistakes. Unfortunately I didn’t have a “me” growing up and I wanted to make sure that I was the woman I needed when I was struggling.
The Birthing Room Ministries LLC provides resources and guidance along with mentorship to any woman or young girl who may be lost and struggling with their identity on who they were chosen to be and what they were pre-destined to do in the world.
I am most proud of all the women and girls that I’ve helped from all over Georgia. The experience that we were able to provide once they came in contact with The Birthing Room.
What sets me apart is that my organization is a judge free zone. I’m relatable and reliable. Im dependable and one’s biggest cheerleader. I don’t care what mistakes a person has made in the past or even the mistakes one may be making currently. My main focus is guiding and navigating you to a better future.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my audience on social media by always creating content and staying a consistent face that people could see. I made sure to marginalize my audience based off of who my brand and organization was trying to reach. Any content, videos or post that I created and made was always focused and geared toward my perspective audience which are women and young girls.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
The last 6 months of the year 2022, I had to sit down and take a break. I was all over the place because I wanted to do so much. My mind and my creativity was moving faster than what my feet and body could handle. I had to pivot, take a mental break and get some rest. Meanwhile re-strategize my plan and invite a team into my space that I could trust with my vision for the organization, in order to take some of the load off of me and bring new ideas and concepts to help better the brand.
