The most meaningful project I’ve ever worked on was in collaboration with my dedicated team in New York. We passionately embarked on a mission to distribute vegan food and promote healthier lifestyles within our community. This transformative initiative, initiated by Lashawn “Suga Ray” Marston and Miles “Hollywood” Cassio from Queensbridge, aimed to shift unhealthy habits to wholesome ones, especially during the challenging times of the pandemic.

My role in this impactful endeavor was multifaceted, as I, Tiffany Hines, took charge of graphic design and video production. Through compelling visuals, we sought to resonate with a broad audience and inspire positive change. Our goal extended beyond the local community; we aimed to present this initiative as a model for other cities, fostering a nationwide movement toward healthier living.

During a particularly challenging chapter in my life, I found solace and purpose in an unexpected place—graphic design. Transforming tragedy into a catalyst for creativity, I delved into the world of visual art, turning my visions into businesses and becoming a source of encouragement for others facing adversity.

While I started as a graphic artist, I quickly realized that my abilities extended far beyond design. I am a visionary at heart, with a passion for photography, videography, and writing. These creative outlets became my means of self-expression and resilience during difficult times.

My brand, Giftedone, is a reflection of my journey and philosophy. It goes beyond mere titles and professions; it’s about embracing who you are, not just what you do. In the midst of personal trials, I discovered the power of channeling emotions into my God-given gifts, creating a path to self-discovery and empowerment.

Balancing the responsibility of caring for my mom, navigating the corporate world, and managing my own business has been a testament to my resilience. It’s not just a juggling act but a daily commitment to maintaining a disciplined and balanced life, a task that proved to be one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of my journey.

In the face of adversity, this experience has instilled in me a profound sense of patience and understanding. The trials of caring for a loved one while simultaneously pursuing professional and entrepreneurial endeavors have molded me into a more compassionate individual. I empathize deeply with those still finding their way, recognizing that everyone is on their unique journey.

My ongoing journey, at times seemingly never-ending, revolves around faith. Keeping the faith has been my guiding principle. Believing that I can overcome any obstacle and achieve what I set my mind to has been my anchor. This mindset has not only helped me persevere but has also made me more compassionate towards others facing their own challenges.

The unwavering faith to wake up each day with the opportunity to try again has been my driving force. Embracing the idea that failure is a mindset, not a destination, has allowed me to approach life’s hurdles with resilience and determination. I hold onto the belief that nothing in life can defeat me if I refuse to let it, a conviction that fuels my continued journey with unwavering optimism and strength.
