We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tiffany Hall a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Tiffany , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

My mother is my inspiration, regardless of the challenges she faced she continued to press forward. My mother passed from Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer in 2020 after it being remission for 4 years. She was my number one supporter so I’m still on a mission to make her proud.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’ve always loved to create things that would bring a smile to anyone as a child. As I got older and had children I just continued, so a few years ago I decided to turn it into a business. I stride myself on my creativity and creating sentimental items for people to cherish.
I can basically customize anything from a pen to an large table. When I say customize, I mean make it unique. My new love is using epoxy resin to cover items which creates a gloss. But I still make gift baskets, tshirts and more.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I’ve built my business by stepping out of my comfort zone. I’m extremely camera shy so I had to conquer that feeling but I had to do it in my unique way. And that’s with me being comical so I incorporated that into catapulting the videos to brand my business. My audience loves my sense humor therefore that made it easy grow my social media.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

My of my clients come from social media and word of mouth. I treat every project as if it’s going to triple my sales therefore I put great efforts into creating each item.
