Tiffany, appreciate you joining us today. How did you find your key vendor or vendors? Maybe you can share the backstory and share some context and the relevant details to help us understand why you chose them, why they chose you, etc.

Every step that I have taken in this building process has been ordered by God. So I needed a website for my author’s page but I didn’t know where to start looking. I was apart of some business groups online but what I saw as services offered wasn’t what I wanted. So one day while I was watching a Facebook live in a wives group I’m connected to. The host started talking about business and how Halo Creative Services has assisted her with website and marketing tools. So I did my research to find that Halo Creative Services was exactly what I was looking for and is a one-stop shop for all my business needs. Not only did the company do my author’s website but they have also done my business website for New Voice Books LLC. We have an amazing business relationship to this day.

I would encourage you to research every vendor to make sure they are right for you. You want to work with vendors who understand your vision and your brand for your business.

New Voice Books LLC was born from my healing, wholeness, and surviving domestic violence. During that dark time in my life, my voice was taking and I was suffering in silence. Once God healed me he gave me my voice back and my song. This lead me in 2020 to write my book The Reflection of Me: Finding You and God Through the Pain. God helped me to use my voice through writing so that I can share my story of survival and victory with the world. He then charged me to go back and get in position to help his Kingdom Scribes share their stories of inspiration, encouragement, and healing with the world. This charge caused the birth of New Voice Books LLC in July of 2021.

New Voice Books will help Kingdom Scribes leave a legacy of literature on the earth. We are a hybrid book publishing company that provides traditional book publishing services while offering self-publishing options so that the authors can have full ownership of their work.

I’m proud of the fact that God is helping me through my journey as an author to help other authors use their voices to change the lives of their audiences. This world won’t know what God can do if we stay silent and He is too amazing not to talk about.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to unlearn the mindset of “If I don’t have everything I need I can’t get started.” I’m new to this journey of entrepreneurship because in my mind I thought I would have a 9-5 forever that would pay great money. But we never consider that God already has a plan for our lives ( Jeremiah 29:11).

When God told me to start New Voice Books I asked a million questions because how was I going to do that? I just started learning about becoming an author. Now He wanted me to start publishing other people’s books??? I had to activate my faith and trust in God that he would provide all my needs according to his riches and glory. And He Did!!!!

I can testify that God gave me everything that I needed and continues to do so. New Voice Books is growing because of all that God is doing.

I have an online book store that includes our new t-shirt line on our website nvpublishingco.com. I choose to use my website because I want our audience to get to know us directly and not through other platforms. Now my book The Reflection of Me: Finding You and God Through the Pain is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble to provide additional options for purchase. I also used that option to understand the process for the Kingdom Scribes that want to use that option through self-publishing.
