We recently connected with Tiffany Carole and have shared our conversation below.

Tiffany, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

Context: The perspective I’d like to journey into is one of entrepreneurial pivot; the pivot/s that are guided by Soulful prompts.

I was trained as a holistic medicine practitioner (naturopathic and Chinese Medicine). I had a clinical practice for 20 + years. I have also taught in this field professionally for decades. Studying holistic medicine taught me ZERO about business and yet we were all expected to go out and start our own businesses.

I quickly discovered that at the heart of everything was this- I wanted to KNOW how we become better and better as human beings- how we continually transform and upgrade ourselves and our lives. I began to see a trend- that through creation- through following what I like to call “the golden thread of desire” we can upgrade ourselves and our lives personally and professionally. It’s the Soul that leads us on this journey, not the mind.

This is the journey that I have taken. From being a traumatized and wounded person studying and practicing holistic medicine, to becoming a “healed healer,” to a soulful entrepreneur who navigates life by following my own golden thread of desire and creating the life of my dreams in real-time.

I went from the constriction of a ‘fee for time’ and brick and mortar models of business into exponential, stable growth. I run a 7 figure business, live in multiple locations across the globe, and basically live the life I dreamed but did not actually think was possible.

This journey was not without challenges, and each significant step required that I embrace risk.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

How I got here: I got to where I am now by leaning into the emergent edge of what was calling me. Step by step. I would feel a calling to create or give rise to some business endeavor. I would embrace that- and the risk associated with that- create- and then move on to the next calling. I also became very willing at a young age ( 22)- to embrace coaching and mentorship. I believe this is the main reason why I have grown exponentially in my life.

What services I provide:
I currently provide high-level coaching and mentorship for Creators, Healers, Entrepreneurs and Artists. I support them in embracing their “exponential Self” and how to allow that to be reflected in their work and how they receive from their work- money, acknowledgment and legacy creation.

What problems I solve for for my clients:
The grand problem of stopping or getting “stuck” before the miracle happens. I believe that what you want wants you. I expertly guide my clients to that truth and the sublimely satisfying experience of being a Creator, creating from the Heart and Soul, and receiving in all the ways that they desire.

What sets me apart from others:
Many coaches focus on money, community growing, branding message, etc. I focus on my clients birth of future Self; from there everything else follows. I am their midwife. In my experience, you have to birth your future You as you birth your next entrepreneurial creation or else you cannot receive in the ways you truly desire. If you do not birth the future you alongside your business expansion you end up either- sabotaging, failing to receive what you truly want, collapsing back to the “known” or getting stuck at some kind of upper limit.

What I’m most proud of:
That I am a person you can believe in. I practice what I preach. That I embrace my zone of genius- to help others to discover, see and own their brilliance. And then monetize it!

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

The story of shifting out of my private practice, and releasing the traditional way of doing a service-based medical business.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to learn how to truly embrace risk- and to practice this daily. It went against most things that I have been taught in regards to being a “responsible person” who is loyal to her trade
