Alright, Tiffany thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk about social media – do you manage your own or do you have someone or a company that handles it for you? Why did you make the choice you did?

I’ve been managing my social media for over 5 years, driven by my love for it and a deep passion for content creation. Though the road hasn’t always been smooth, the challenges have been worth it. Through consistency and persistence, I’ve gained valuable brand collaborations and much-needed exposure, which has helped grow my personal brand, Tiffany Marianna. Beyond that, I’ve expanded my expertise into managing social media for other companies, turning what started as a personal passion into a thriving business. Balancing both has taught me that while results may take time, the rewards come when you’re doing what you love.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Thank you for letting me share! So I began my journey a little over five years ago, building my brand from the ground up. Gradually, I’ve worked my way to where I am today. I started by posting and editing videos about anything and everything, just wanting to get content out there. At first, my posting was all over the place because I had no idea what I wanted to be known for. As I continued to post, I found my niche and realized what I loved the most: Disney and Beauty. Now, I stick to those topics, along with some daily vlogs. For me, it’s not just work—it’s doing what I love! It hasn’t been easy, but it has certainly been worth it! Sometimes brands aren’t interested in collaborating, and some aren’t open to collaborations at all. However, that doesn’t stop me from reaching out to everyone because some brands might surprise you. It doesn’t matter how small your following is; what matters is being consistent and proactive in pursuing your goals. I’ve had followers come and go, and there are times when I get frustrated because progress can stall. However, the wins are just as important as the losses. They teach me and motivate me to keep improving.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a creative is the ability to connect with others on a deeper, emotional level through the work I create. It’s that feeling of taking an idea, turning it into something tangible, and then watching it resonate with others—whether it brings them joy, sparks inspiration, or helps them see the world differently. The process of creating itself is fulfilling, but knowing that my work can have a lasting impact on someone else’s experience is what makes it truly meaningful.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

Certainly! There was a time when I was deeply invested in creating content centered around various topics, but I realized that my audience was struggling to connect with my broad approach. I had to take a step back and reevaluate my strategy.

After reflecting on my passions and what truly resonated with my audience, I decided to pivot my focus toward Disney and beauty content. This shift felt more authentic to me and allowed me to channel my creativity into a niche where I could thrive.

The transition wasn’t easy; I faced challenges in building a new audience and refining my content style. However, the response was overwhelmingly positive. Not only did I find my niche, but I also began to attract collaborations with brands that aligned with my new focus. This pivot taught me the importance of adaptability and staying true to what I love, leading to a more fulfilling and successful journey.
