We recently connected with Tiffani Grayes and have shared our conversation below.
Tiffani, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success is a multifaceted concept, and achieving it requires a combination of factors. It begins with setting clear goals and a vision of what success means to you. Planning, persistence, and hard work are essential. The ability to adapt and learn from failures is equally important, as it allows for growth and improvement. Success often involves taking risks and stepping out of your comfort zone. Time management and discipline are vital for productivity and achieving your goals.
Equally important is a positive mindset and self-belief. Confidence in your abilities can drive you forward and help overcome obstacles. Building strong relationships and effective communication skills are critical for collaboration and networking. Success is often not a solo journey but a collective effort. Financial literacy and resource management can ensure that your efforts lead to sustainable success.
Ultimately, success is a personal and evolving concept. It requires a combination of determination, continuous learning, resilience, interpersonal skills, and adaptability. Success is not always measured by external markers but by the fulfillment of your personal and professional aspirations.
Tiffani, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Tiffani Grayes, a student attending Savannah State University studying Computer Science and minoring in Accounting. I am a very active individual on campus, and have indulged my time in various organizations such as the Student Government Association, The New Student Organization Committee, Sisters Striving for Excellence, Inc., Tiger Ambassadors, and other service projects. Outside of my institution, I have affiliations from a multitude of tech organizations that support minorities bridging the gap in such a high standard field.
I plan on expanding my brand by establishing a consistent routine of creating content for others to enjoy. I would like the opportunity to showcase my life to others, in hopes of being that role model online and a relatable figure that people can feel connected to. In the near future, you can expect concepts for photoshoots and even more branded material to expand to the masses.
Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
My side hustle has yet to become my full time aspiration and career. My work for content and establishing a YouTube channel is yet to come. I am excited for myself to get out of the feeling of unmotivated efforts and actually get started.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of new clients and viewers has been social events and endeavors on campus.
