Tierre, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the story of how you went from this being just an idea to making it into something real.

My company Vision Pushers LLC is an independent, design and management based agency with a focus in script writing and film production. I started the company because I had a passion for entrepreneurship and I wanted to implement everything learned from school. Then I watched a YouTube video on how to register the business with the state of Georgia. Completed that then created a EIN# for the business, which is like a business social security. Next I created a website highlighting all the services offered. What I had to figure out is that I once you start a business it doesn’t stop there. You have to market your business daily and provide quality service.

Tierre, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Hello readers! My name is Tierre Partee, Michigan born but Georgia raised. I’m a writer, producer, filmmaker here in Atlanta who got started in the industry by attending Atlanta Metropolitan State College. At Metro I learned how to write scripts and got pretty good at it. From their Metro had a program attached to the Digital Media program, which allowed students like myself the opportunity to attend a program at The Georgia Film Academy. That program taught the ends and outs of the film industry, from breaking down scripts, learning equipment, location scouting, lighting the scenes etc… From those experiences I choose to share that knowledge with clients when I provide writing services. The problems I solve for my clients is creating words that can be visualized into videos and motion pictures. I help turn their ideation into scripts. What sets me apart from others is my ability to think outside the box and execute my thoughts. I’m most proud of being in a position to do what I love daily and be able to assist people along the way. I am excited about a few major upcoming projects written by me. First up is “Cure Code” followed by “Hunted Forest” followed by more…… Stay Tuned!

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is you have the opportunity to manifest great ideas from your thoughts. As a creative you have the ability to use any art form to showcase your vision.

Any advice for managing a team?

My advice for managing a team and maintaining high morale would be to spend time with your team learn about their needs and wants. Ultimately, that will build a relationship them and keep high morale. As a manager you have to have a strategic plan in mind and make sure the whole team is aware of it.
