We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiarica Randle. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiarica below.
Tiarica, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Discipline is what it takes to be successful. Staying committed to the task at hand, all the while, organically, making time for family, friends, and just everyday life, will always reap a reward.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
For me, G Tea was destiny. I had only known about turmeric and its benefits for a little over a year when I shared the recipe with my niece, who at the time, was only 9 months old. We all needed hope for her; wanted her home for the holidays and although I’m honestly not sure what gave me the idea to take “turmeric milk” to the hospital, I did. She was home two days afterwards, in time for Thanksgiving. From that moment in 2015, the story alone attracted people I considered family and friends! Everything seemed to fall in place., in a time where we all wanted something “different”, an alternative. Over the years, I have studied with herbalists, attended seminars, gained certificates and knowledge, about herbs, the body, fruits, and mental health. When working with one, it’s best to be familiar with multiple facets, because they all work together as one human system.
G Tea actively offers over 10 healthy teas in brewed and tea bag form, such as “Mullein-Thyme” and “Body Balance.” In addition to teas, there are currently 8 herbal lemonades including our top sellers, “Beet Root Juice” and “Kiwi Kale Lemonade.” We also offer supplements, such as “Sea Moss Boss”, Alkalinity Me”, and “Dandy Detox, and oils and syrups.
With almost 7 years in business, it is an honor every single time a review is given on the benefits of consuming our products. Studying herbs to know what works together, and understanding all body systems are different, yet the same, I’d say it takes a chemistry to know. I love working with the herbs. Seeing the leaves dried in multiple forms, combining them for tonics that are beneficial-it took years for me to “accept” my gift. I am elated to share with anyone open to receive.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Honesty, and the determination to never give up, have been my biggest attributes as to how G Tea is still going strong. It takes alot of time, trial and error, and at times stillness, to know what to do next, or how to help someone get out of a mental, and physical, health funk. I believe for those who know, I knew nothing about herbs, and now I know enough to help with some of the top “killing” ailments, with tesTEAmonies, trust my judgement. I have been my own prodigy and will continue to be. I love when I can tell others from personal experience, how the many ways incorporating herbs and fruit, revives the body. G Tea has a 98% accuracy rate! That is something to be highly proud of in a world of many health “solutions.’
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Farmer’s Markets and word of mouth have been G Tea’s best source when it comes to reaching new clients. At Farmer’s Markets, we usually have lemonade samples, which always gets a conversation going about health. Many of our tea lovers share their good health reports or news with their loved ones, which initiates a new relationship for them and us. I believe taking accountability for your health, is a little easier with a partner.
