Tiara, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Growing up, I never knew there was a such thing as the real estate industry. It wasn’t until I was 22 years old-discovering there was an entire economy based on selling and buying real estate. Once I began my journey, I then realized I was not the only individual who hardly knew anything about the world of real estate. From there I made it my mission to learn everything there was to know regarding selling and buying residential real estate, and to not only offer my services, but to teach my clients the ins and out of residential sales, keeping them out of sticky situations. It honestly still surprises me how thankful my clients are to simply know what is going on in their transaction. My ability to make the details make sense to them is unmatched! They are able to walk away from the deal knowledgeable to the underwriting process, pre-approvals vs conditional approvals, encroachments and so much more than the average seller and buyer would think twice about, as most have a “lets just get it over with” attitude due to there being so much information to consume- with little explaining done by their agent.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
As a child I had a passion for finding stray animals, and giving them shelter and love with the big heart I have until this very day! Having no job and hiding an animal or two from my family, I gave my best efforts to find food and provide care to the animals. I promised them there wouldn’t be a day that went by were they would not get the love and full bellies they deserved. I simply always had a passion for working hard to ensure everyone, and thing I came into contact with was well taken care of.
In hindsight, this story perfectly sums up the kind of Real Estate Agent I am, and the type of real estate professional I continuously strive to be for my clients.
I was raised in the small agricultural town of Spiro Oklahoma with one sibling. As a child I had dreams of impacting lives, but never in a million years did I think I’d stumble into the real estate industry.
In fact, I worked my way through the health care industry until the age of 22, when I realized I had an interest in pursuing a real estate career- then obtaining my real estate license!
I was determined to bring my compassion, and diligent work ethic from patient care to assisting sellers and buyers in listing and purchasing property. Essentially, breaking barriers and myths about the sales industry!
I pride myself in being patient, transparent and thorough when approaching the concerns of my clients. Im also very big on not only providing a service, but educating my clients as we maneuver the selling and buying process.
As my career advanced, I found my stride working within the residential real estate market. I am an expert in luxury marketing and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an expert negotiator, and I’ve also obtained my broker’s license, taking my education and scope of comprehension in real estate beyond the average agent. This by far sets my services apart from other realtors.
Throughout my career, I have worked very diligently to become the multi-million dollar broker associate I am today!
My real estate services are specific to the Tulsa Oklahoma Metro Area! My mission is to provide quality luxury residential real estate services to Sellers and Buyers, with education and resources, for the smoothest transition into and out of home!
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Honestly, being transparent and not “selling” the American dream, but rather educating my clients as how to obtain the American dream. Pursuing it in a responsible way, that is sure to keep them out of a messy situation. Merely being honest, and strategic regarding their plans, and the process!
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Omg, social media of course! I’ve obtained a mass of clientele from social media by marketing, and posting informative content.
