TIANNA, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry

Its Wedding Szn and the wedding bells are ringing!

Let’s really talk about it! We are now in a new age where weddings are moving away the Traditionals in a ceremony.
Couples are wanting their weddings to be customized to their own faiths and beliefs breaking the standard traditions.
I’m here for it all! I love when couples come together and make unique request for their ceremony!

Let’s pour up!!! One nontraditional ritual I’m seeing more couples are doing is a unity shot ceremony. The shot ceremony is usually after the vows where the couple symbolize their new beginnings with a shot of their favorite drink rather its Tequilla whiskey, champagne you name it! It’s a really a cool modern way to celebrate the union between the couple. We are not doing things the tradition way anymore and that’s ok my goals for my couples is to bring whatever visions you have come to LIFE! There are many ways to celebrate each ritual it just depends in the couple preference and then I come up with something sweet and unique for them. Many couples just want something that’s personalized to them, and there’s a no judgement zone with my company. We specialize in non-traditional ceremonies and praise our couples for being outside of the NORM!

Another trend we are seeing with wedding ceremonies is an unplugged reverse ceremony. Well, what is that?
Its where the ceremony is unplugged not allowing guest to take pictures or videos during the ceremony itself couples pay for professional photographers and don’t want guest getting out their seats, or even have the guest caught in professional photos with their cameras out, imagine how that would look! Of course, me being the officiant, I like to do a little twist off! Guest wants to be engaged at your wedding, so what I like to do is have the entire wedding unplugged, then before I pronounce them as newlyweds to the world, I like to play uno, and reverse it back to the couple, where I’ll have everyone then pull out their phones and the couple redo their first kiss! The couple is happy they got their professional pics out the way, and that their guest was delighted to capture the couple’s special moment and actually be a part of it.

Drive-thru/Vegas style, pop up weddings are also becoming more popular, many couples don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on venues and vendors, More and more couples are cutting cost, with our economy today I can understand why! Instead of having a large ceremony some prefer more intimate weddings (micro weddings) with smaller guest/ or just their closest friends and family.

TIANNA, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Tianna Brunson, I am the owner of Impeccable Weddings and Notary Services. We offer officiating services, after hour notary services string entertainment and currently working on having a mobile makeup artist. I got into my line of work by looking for a second income. I could have just got a second corporate job, but I wanted the freedom to work for myself, so I started off by being a notary for my community. I needed an after-hour notary one time, and couldn’t find one, so I wanted to provide that service for those who work late hours such as myself, most banks are closed after 5pm and those hours don’t work for everyone so i started my hours of operations for late evening appointments. People ask me all the time what made me get into the wedding industry well as a future bride myself, I already had an interest, so I became a wedding officiant/celebrant marrying couples all over the state of Ohio and surrounding states. My goals for both lines of work were to provide the utmost impeccable experiences to last a lifetime and with my persona and outgoing personality I believe that is what sets me apart from the rest. My couples have praised me a being professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. I have one rule that I insist we do is to have a good time and laugh, this makes my couples feel at ease, and completely trust me to get the job done.!

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Social Media HEllo!!! People tend to look for things on social media than researching goggle or other avenues, constantly marketing making post and reels help you find your targeted audience, of course word of mouth is the next factor.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

For new entrepreneurs my advice is to market your business everywhere! Social media, Facebook, Instagram local posters/flyers, and one thing I learned while becoming an entrepreneur is to have business cards handy! You never know when you need to quickly give someone your business information, get business cards!
