Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Thomas J.i.v. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Thomas, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
The most meaningful project I’ve worked on is undoubtedly Fasèon: The Rebirth, my first fashion show and the launch of my EP, The Rebirth. This project holds deep personal significance as it marked the moment I truly found my purpose as a creative. For years, I was on a journey of self-discovery, feeling unfulfilled despite having a stable career. I wanted more out of life and knew that I had a calling to create, to inspire others through music, fashion, and art.
The Rebirth EP is a reflection of that journey, capturing my emotional and spiritual growth. It’s a project that came out of my desire to share my story with others who might be going through similar feelings of uncertainty. Each track symbolizes a step in my transformation—finding my voice, embracing my purpose, and stepping into my power.
At the same time, Fasèon: The Rebirth was a way to bring my vision to life in a tangible form. It was more than a fashion show; it was a collaborative platform for other creatives to share their talents. I wanted to create a space that felt nurturing, inclusive, and innovative, where artists could feel empowered to showcase their work. The show sold out, and the energy in the room was electric. It was a clear sign that I was on the right path, and it solidified my mission to build a creative community through Fasèon.
This project has been the foundation of everything I’ve done since and continues to inspire me to uplift others as I continue my journey.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m a creative entrepreneur and founder of Fasèon, a platform that merges music, fashion, and creative collaboration. My journey into the industry started with a passion for music and fashion, but it took years of self-reflection to turn those passions into a business. After feeling unfulfilled in corporate America, I turned to creativity as a way to find my true purpose. This led to the launch of Fasèon: The Rebirth, which combined a fashion show with my EP, The Rebirth—both symbolizing my transformation.
Fasèon is more than just music or fashion; it’s about fostering a community for creatives to collaborate and grow. We provide a space for emerging artists to showcase their talent, whether it’s through events, music production, or brand collaborations. What sets us apart is our focus on creating opportunities for others, especially those who are looking for a platform to elevate their work. Fasèon bridges the gap between diverse creative talents and offers a nurturing, collaborative environment.
I’m most proud of the impact Fasèon has had on other creatives. It’s been fulfilling to see how our work has inspired others to step into their own power and pursue their passions. The main thing I want people to know about Fasèon is that we are a brand built on collaboration, community, and creativity. We’re not just about creating products or services; we’re about inspiring and empowering others.

What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
Foster Collaborative Communities: Encouraging the development of platforms where artists across disciplines can collaborate helps drive innovation and create a support system. These communities provide opportunities for networking, mentorship, and shared resources, making it easier for artists to grow and succeed.
Celebrate Diversity in Art:
Supporting diverse voices in the creative industry enhances the richness of artistic expression. Promoting inclusivity across race, gender, and socio-economic backgrounds fosters a dynamic and vibrant creative space that reflects a broad spectrum of perspectives.
Provide Affordable Spaces:
Access to affordable studios, galleries, and performance venues is vital for emerging artists. Local governments and developers should collaborate to ensure creatives have the physical spaces they need to work and showcase their talents.
By focusing on these efforts, society can build a thriving creative ecosystem where artists are supported, valued, and empowered to contribute to cultural growth.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
For me, the most rewarding aspect of being an artist is seeing how my work resonates with others. It’s powerful to create something from a personal space, whether it’s music or a live performance, and have it connect with someone else in a meaningful way. When my art inspires, motivates, or evokes emotions in others, it’s a confirmation that I’m doing what I’m meant to do.
Also, the creative process itself is incredibly fulfilling. There’s something transformative about taking an idea from concept to reality, watching it evolve, and knowing that it’s a unique expression of who I am. It’s a way to share my story, connect with others, and ultimately contribute to the larger creative ecosystem. That personal growth and connection are what make the journey worth it.
