Thomas, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
When it comes to finding success in real estate, I’ve learned that it’s all about a few key principles that have guided me along my journey.
It all starts with having a vision. Knowing where you want to go and what you want to achieve gives you that laser focus you need to navigate the ups and downs of the industry. Alongside that vision, setting clear goals is essential. Goals provide those stepping stones that measure your progress and keep you motivated.
But let’s be honest, a strong work ethic is non-negotiable. Real estate isn’t for the faint of heart, and being willing to do what others won’t is often what sets you apart. Consistency is the secret sauce—showing up every day, putting in the effort, and staying on course even when things get tough.
I’ve also found that the people you surround yourself with make a huge difference. It’s not just a one-person show; it takes a team to thrive in this field. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have amazing people working alongside me, and I never take that for granted. Their support has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today.
Lastly, having gratitude and respect for those around you goes a long way. It not only builds stronger relationships but also creates a positive and thriving work environment.

I’ve been immersed in the real estate business since 2009, and it’s been nothing short of an incredible journey. My passion for the field is fueled by my love for every element, from the intricate architecture and stunning design to the personal connections forged when helping individuals purchase homes or investment properties.
I’m fortunate to work as a dual agent, operating in the vibrant markets of South Florida’s Fort Lauderdale and the serene mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia. Having homes in these two diverse parts of the country allows me to navigate completely different market trends, keeping my work dynamic and exciting.
The cornerstone of my success in both areas is undoubtedly the people I surround myself with. Collaboration with my team members and associates is crucial, and I believe that having a schedule set with clear intentions is equally important. Being intentional with my time during the days and weeks helps me maintain focus and productivity.
I’m incredibly proud of the successful team that works alongside me. Their strength and dedication are key elements of our collective success. Above all, I am grateful to wake up every day with a sense of gratitude, excited about building a brand that stands out and remains consistent across all arenas.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Staying connected with my clients is a priority, and I achieve this through a variety of touchpoints, all efficiently managed using my CRM. It’s essential to maintain meaningful interactions, whether it’s through personal phone calls or handwritten notes. Celebrating birthdays and home anniversaries with clients adds a personal touch, while holiday cards help spread festive cheer.
I also employ postcards to share updates or just to stay in touch. Beyond that, I host client appreciation events to express my gratitude and strengthen those relationships. These strategies not only keep me connected but also foster a community of trust and appreciation with my clients.
