Therron, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?
I most definitely wish I would have started sooner. I started at 38, I’m 51 now, and I’ve done 64 movies, if I would have started younger… Beyond the fact that I would have done more of course, I would have been able to do different types of film, especially the action genre.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being an artist and creative is watching an idea, thought, and your imagination come to life on screen. I remember the first time I experienced that I was like… This is crazy! The words that I created are literally being spoken in a movie, and has won multiple awards!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Yes indeed… The very first project I did….the director told me that I was not an actor, and I made the same facial expressions all the time. Um… It’s my face! I could’ve walked away then.. On top of I didn’t want to be an actor anyway. Being from Newark New Jersey, I don’t fold… So I kept pushing. Fast forward 3 years later, same director reaches out to me… He says, I see you in everything now! I got a movie I need you in… Um, shoot me the details of the film and I’ll let you know if I can make it work… Of course I didn’t do it! I’m still making the same faces 13 years and 64 movies later! I made it to number two most hated man on Tubi TV… With these same facial expressions. Things came full circle.
