We recently connected with TheArt Global and have shared our conversation below.
TheArt, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
This is a very broad field to get in to; creative collection. Honestly, what started from simply wanting to gather people together and vibe is now turning into creating a positive space for people to learn off of and inspire each other. We’ve noticed that putting events together can be cookie cutter but the interesting part comes when we build ideas off of each other. Between selecting venues, creating art installations, adding our own spin on present property, and simply the themes behind the events. We learn so much about the arts as a whole in between these ideas.

TheArt, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
At the beginning of 2022, a group of us got together, meeting each other for the first time, with the goal to unify the creative scene, starting with Orlando. Coming from different paths of creativity, from photography, fashion, and music; We were able to collide our worlds to establish community events and freshen up the scene.
The Art’s intention in creating these events is to establish a safe space for creators who are looking for an avenue to share their craft, socialize with like-minded people, and network. Five events later, we are now trying to bring these events to different cities and states to emphasize the global aspect while focusing on collaboration with different organizations and partnerships around the states.
There is so much pride that comes from The Art Global. The consistency and growth that we have maintained throughout five events has been impressive to ourselves. We love all the relationships that we have developed and grown through this creative collection. We have all started to learn different mediums of creative expression from graphic design, to film editing, to music production , to event planning.

How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
Honestly, the best things society can do is to promote by word of mouth. I don’t mean sales marketing for your friends but recommend them to others; putting their names in certain rooms and spread how their product made you feel.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
Being able to see the seeds that have been planted grow. From small beginnings to growing in connections. Being able inspire others to create or do what their heart desires.
