Alright, The thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

Respectfully, I have always had a creative mind. I tend to enjoy artistic ventures. I feel as if I’m well rounded. I create fashion clothing for males and females. However, I have a creative directing side that I utilize to bring my visions to life. I’m a Sagittarius, so we tend to always juggle many hats. I tend to bounce from being a full time designer ti being a print/runway model, I participate in making music, my genre would be HipHop/ RnB with a dash of pop. I also have a nerdy side that’s into graphic design being that my first degree obtained was a Mass Communications degree where I concentrated in public relations and strategic communion.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I really feel like I have been interested in the arts in my upbringing. I’ve always was a creative, sports wasn’t my thing. Even though, I was a cheerleader. I never really played sports. I knew my strong suit was utilizing my creative gifts to communicate my passions to others. Over the last 2 years of me living in Atlanta I have pushed myself to achieve goals that I set. I have participated in several fashion shows. These shows have allowed me to represent my brand in its entirety. My first big opportunity was being able to bring me expertise to the runway with the help of Young Atlanta. A premier organization that houses other creative in Atlanta. I was blessed with the opportunity to model and design for them in twos of their recent shows. The 2021 show held at Zoo Atlanta & The High Museum of Atlanta. These shows have allowed me to display my uniqueness and diversity.

One of my favorite accomplishments this far has been the opportunity to work with a dope and talented rapper by the name of PAP Chanel. She is such a pleasure to work with. She saw my potential and has trusted my vision with creating and stying looks for her various performances and appearances

I’m a country town boy from Sparta, Ga. Residing in Atlanta, Ga trying to make a difference and bring awareness to my hometown. I feel as if a lot of talented self taught creatives come from smaller cities. We may not always have the resources for success, however our determination to succeed always outweighs that. I’m very proud of my growth. It’s really just the beginning. I know it’s more to come. I can’t wait for the dreams to come full circle.

My brand is entitled “Vizhionarys” simply because each one of us have a specific purpose in this lifetime and we all have a uniqueness that differs from one another. We all are visionary’s that are out in this earth to change and shift the culture. My brand promotes confidence, body positivity, positive mental health & overall a safe place to grow and elevate .

What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?

By actually sharing their thoughts and feedback. I know sometimes as creative we like to be independently doing our own thing. But the opinions of others matter at times. Sometimes you need to know you are going in a good direction and the supporters need to understand that if you want your favorite creative to thrive. Their genuine support could be the fuel need to ignite the flame.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

I really wish I came across other fashion designers and artist early in my career. I feel as if I’m now adjusting to the lifestyle I’ve always wanted to live. I do think if I was granted some of these opportunities earlier I would be way more advanced. However, Gods timing is important and knowing that pushes me to know that my time is coming and no matter what, as long as I continue to focus and be committed my life will continue to prosper.
