We recently connected with Daniela Medina & Princess Martel and have shared our conversation below.
Daniela and Princess, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with something countless entrepreneurs have had to figure out on the fly – how have you dealt with the rise of remote work?
The beauty of owning a Digital Creative Agency was that we transitioned with the times. Some of our clients really needed that extra push to make the shift and focus mainly on their online presence. So for us, expanding the team and working with others from around the globe who were experts in their field was a no-brainer.
We used platforms like Monday.com, Later, Slack, Asana, Zoom, amongst others to strategize, organize and stay together on a daily basis. The trick was allowing each team member to flow freely through their workday while still meeting their KPIs for the company and for the clients.
We’ve seen that this type of freedom has made our employees happier and in a way more committed to the work they do for us. It’s truly the only way to move forward from now on in our Digital Universe and we’d love to inspire other companies to try the remote work-life for the sanity and personal freedom of their employees.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
We are The Stalker Creatives, a multi-level Digital Marketing and Creative Design Agency running strong for 5+ years.
Born from a love like “the cheesy movie kind”, The Stalker Creatives was founded by a female couple; Daniela Medina & Princess Joanna Martel. Dani + Jo have been working in creative fields for over 12+ years and have started multiple companies in the industry.
We give Digital Solutions a whole new spin by funneling and combining: content creation, organic social media, and paid digital marketing to provide unique experiences and results for their clients.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Two words: Guerilla Marketing.
We’ve invaded multiple tradeshows ranging from different industries and driving participants crazy. We’ve created a series of digital treasure hunts with physical activations that have encouraged attendees to go through a series of social loops to land on our social profiles and lead generation pages.
We’ve raffled sonic logo animation and digital stickers to collect leads and acquire an organic and true social following.
Our designs in sticker formats have also caused a riot with attendees mostly in the CBD, hemp, marihuana, and psychedelic industries. We’ve designed stickers true to the events and placed them all around the events and had a large traffic spike on our platforms from these types of activations.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
By keeping our feedback positive and constructive we boost team morale and inspire them to try new methods and stay motivated.
We like to push boundaries and for our team to grow on their own; we give them the ingredients to create their own delicious creative cakes.
Ideally, we provide all digital and creative resources for them to fly, try their own concepts, designs and we tweak from there. Daniela, our Creative Director believes that designing and creating freely is the secret to the sauce.
Having weekly pep talks and motivational chats and highlighting the great work our team does is also a huge point of loyalty for us. Our team is with us because they like to be, not because they have to be.
