Alright, The bash brothers thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

Freaky Focus and OK Cloud started out as independent artists who both were on separate creative journeys. Both independent artists were signed to an indie label by the name of Atlanta City Records. The two set up a collaboration in the studio, and created the birth of a national headbanger called “TikTok” . The energy from that session help build a genuine relationship between the pair and they knew a force was just created. The duo continued to create magic with hits such as “moshpit” and “On The Road”. After countless studio sessions and the creation of dope tracks the duo created the birth of The Bash Brothers and dropped their first project as the new super group in December of 2021 called “Duck Sh!T” . The project is a 7 song Ep that goes through a variety of styles, melody’s and sounds. Freaky Focus and OK Cloud have different lyrical styles that creative the perfect blend that can cater to any listener ear.

The bash brothers, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

The bash brothers got in the industry by having a dream and a talent that cannot go unseen or unheard of. We began studying the hip hop media to learn where the hotspots are, knowing when the industry events were taking place, learning and reading the crowd to know who’s who and the impact they have that can help excel our careers. Bash brothers made a mark on the industry by being executing crowd moving performances and exhibiting catchy lyrics. By attending being these events around the city we built everlasting business and personal relationships with industry people who we can learn from and obtain great advice from in the long run. We have always been students of the game which has kept the bash brothers relevant and apart of great industry events. The bash brothers #1 rule is to make a mark on the industry The Bash Brothers way as executed and seamlessly as possible.

The bash brothers are a lyrical energetic group that bridges the gap between entertaining and crowd engagement. We take pride in engaging with fans through our performances and making sure we leave a mark on them so they know without the fans there would be no us. At every show crowd participation is key.

What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?

Society can be helpful to artists and creatives by supporting their brand whether it’s buying the artist merch or downloading and streaming the artist music. Because we are in a technological area social media can make or break an artist so if society take the liberty to support the local talent one share, one repost, one comment or one retweet at a time this would be more impactful for the artist career and longevity.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being creative?

The most rewarding part about being a artist is watching all the hard work and dedication pay off with things such as headlining shows like Bonfire ATL, being invited on tour with atlanta city records, placing top 5 in UglyMoney Music Summit. Receiving brand deals with brands such as Dirty Lemonade and countless other brand partnerships that we appreciate. Receiving accolades like those are exciting and adds fuel to our fire to succeed and make all our dreams and aspirations come true. We will continue push the envelope on today’s artistry.
