We recently connected with TG The Mogul and have shared our conversation below.
TG The Mogul, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
The legacy I hope to build is one that encourages others to shoot for all their dreams, no matter how small or big! To use their gifts and serving others using the very talent that can open doors no man can shut. I hope that after I am gone those that know me can say that I was supportive and always assisting and serving those who entered my space. I pray that I am remembered for my tenacity and grit to do what I love.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
As a creative director and brand manager I got into this industry from being the creative solution from local small business by being the graphic designer for all things creative with a high-end quality. The services that I provide vary from web design, brand management to photography and creative direction for big scale design projects. What sets me a part is that I am unmatched creative visionary and my creative processes. I help my clients turn their concepts into exactly what they have in mind for their brand. I am most proud of how I have networked with my clients and truly built long lasting client relationships that go beyond business to life’s biggest moments to weddings and their children.

Have you ever had to pivot?
I recently chose to pivot from being the graphic designer to brand manager. The process was so hard to go from my normal on-board process to having to be really selective on who I chose to on-board as clients and what my clients looked like as I wanted to make sure that as I pivoted I did not lose sight of my purpose and who I wanted to work with along the way. This forced me to take time away from business and dive deep into my personal life to do some self realignment with my career and what it is I truly wanted to do. While I knew I would still be designing, I now understood what my niche was and where I best served my clients. I having to take a loss in sales for a whole quarter to unpack life and rebrand from the new approach to where I was taking my brand was the most revitalizing experience. It allowed me to see my brand from a new perspective as I had a new vision for where this brand is scaling. I was able to sit back, plan and have a space to simply navigate how I needed to show up for my clients.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
One of the biggest things that has helped me grow my brand is fostering brand loyalty with clients. My clients are truly the marketing billboard for my brand. Creating an experience for them and making sure that they know that their brand is in exceptional hands with me has allowed me to foster the relationship my brand has with them. To stay connected on social platforms and being a part of their newsletters, has helped me keep in touch. Remembering what their big goals are helps me to best assist them as we continue to establish our brand loyalty.
