Terry, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The mission behind my company Rapnerdz is to provide a great service to customers for there service needs as far as video content photo Content my mission is to build a big business where I can give people jobs to provide services to other people who need their services. The mission is to put a big platform together for a Videoagraphers and Photographers.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Teri I am the CEO owner of Rapnerdz. RapNerdz is a production company where we provide services such as photography services videography services real estate services, event, services and more. My brand started in 2015. Just a small town business in New Jersey and now it is LLC and Las Vegas Nevada. It took years of discipline and Hardwork dedication as well to get at the point where I am in my career. From dealing with celebrities, two weddings, too big music, events, sports events my company does it all when it comes to the production side of capturing the visuals of what’s going on at the time. What sets the company apart from others is just a hard work and dedication and what we provide and what we give to our customers and our clients. What I’m most proud about when it comes to my business. It’s just the longevity, the hard work and the perseverance that goes into the business and how everything is run.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Pretty much my journey has always been a resilient Thing I’m born and originated from New Jersey and move my company to Las Vegas Nevada, which is thousands of miles away from each other. So my resilience right there was to find a new way to expand my company and figure everything out by myself in a new environment and make the best of it and has been doing a very great job.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Lessons I’ve learned within the past decade, almost of being in the business world of being a full-time entrepreneur that you have to take risk, and you had to be strong when, taking those risk if you had to be willing to open up your mind to different things, and you had to be able to take losses and take them as lessons and don’t take anything personal when it comes to business everything is business, so always keep a business level
