Alright, Tereza thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you manage your own social media?
I manage my own! I did hire a company for a short period of time and learned a lot from them. I believe people want to see the real you, all versions of you! Not always dressed up and professional but sometimes casual with no hair or make up done! Your daily life, your family, your vacations etc. Everyone can post professional real estate content for social media, but in order for you to stand out, you have to add your own signature to it! Be different, be unique, be crazy, be you! :)

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Moved to the U.S. at the age of 13 and worked since the age of 13! Multiple retail jobs and then transitioned into banking. Worked my way up from teller to branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank.
After banking, decided to join Apple as a manager. Learned a lot about marketing and attention to detail!
I was in the process of selling my own home and one day my agent couldn’t make it to the showing and asked me to showcase the home instead. After 20 minutes of showcasing all the best features of the condo, the complex and the neighborhood, the buyers agent asked me to provide them with my business card. He had no idea I was the owner. I knew at that moment that I have a talent and passion for showing homes and providing an experience!
Decided to pursue real estate part time and killed it! Everyone said it is impossible to succeed part time and I am capped. I proved the opposite. After 1.5 years of full time Apple manager and part time realtor, I decided it was time to transition to real estate full time.
After 5.5 years in real estate, recognized as the 16th agent in all of California based on number of transactions.
Recognized as top 0.003% of all Coldwell Banker Realtors worldwide.
Created a program to help new realtors and sold out my first Masterclass.
Invited to multiple speaking events and podcasts to share my knowledge, success and provide insight into my journey.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I was focused on being the familiar face in my community. I hosted 3-4 open houses every weekend, I skipped on “fun”, vacations, breaks and so much to ensure my clients always knew that they were my number one priority. I was very active on all social media platforms. I did my best to look busy until I actually became busy. I partnered with a top realtor and picked up clues in every environment I was in!

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
When I was new in the industry: social media. Currently: referrals from existing clients or repeat clients.
