Teralyn , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

The purpose of my business is more than just personalizing items. The mission of my business is creating an influence on spreading kindness and gratitude. I have made items and donated them to ministries as well as other local community and events. This creative mission is very meaningful to me because spreading acts of kindness in this world is important, especially when it comes to working!

Teralyn , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Teralyn, and I am currently a college student at a University. And am an entrepreneur. I enjoy everything to do with ART: Sketching, painting, graphic design, digital design, photography, etc. I also love traveling, performing in musical theater, singing, film acting, and reading. Growing up, I always loved drawing cartoons. As a young child I took art classes and continued during Jr high and high school. I took graphic design classes and also learned how to create words in different lettering styles. I began to design some projects and learned how to put them on items. At that very moment, I thought of starting a small business!

My products include custom made t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, bags, hats, coin purses just to name a few. The items are personalized and the categories are veered towards all occasions such as: Baby, Birthdays, Graduations, School, Hobbies, Clubs, Church, Music, Holidays, Travel, Sports, Gifts, Fun Wear, Flyers, Programs, Graphic Arts.

I am very proud of how far I have come in this journey, which has allowed me to open up my own art business! I look forward to growing my business more little-by-little. One of the main things that I would like my followers to know about my works is that it is also faith-based. I believe that sharing my works with positive messages and Bible verses is a great way to share the Gospel with encouraging themes! I also want people to know that my business is all abut spreading positivity, kindness, and gratitude.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

When I first started my business, shirts were my only products. Looking back, I can see how it has grown over the years. I started to expand by personalizing a variety of different items. I am so grateful for helping people and all that God has blessed me with.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

Yes, I have taken college course in Digital Marketing and business. I have also watched videos about growing your business as a teenager or young adult. My parents and aunt also helped a lot through the years in this entrepreneurial journey.
