Tenisha, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What were some of the most unexpected problems you’ve faced in your career and how did you resolve those issues?
When I decided to write my story I encountered a lot of people who were against me writing a Book About a Young Black female and a white Male.

Tenisha, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hello My Name is Tenisha Rochelle Steen Divorced 54 year old mother of Three girls and One Boy. And Three Grandkids. my Story Began when I was 15 1/2 Growing Up in the city of Santa Ana California. A student at Santa Ana Valley High School.6 1/2 years old. Pregnant By my Sociology teacher. My Book Silent Dealing’s With The Devil A High School Affair. I was inspired to write this book as therapy for myself and also to bring awareness to other females who Have gone Through similar situations or who are going through similar situations. I want them to know You are Not Alone!

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
My main goal is to bring awareness that this is happening this happen 30 years ago to me but even now in 2022 it is a ongoing situation that no one wants to address all the schools and school districts do is sweep everything under the rug.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
You are trustworthy and untrustworthy people I have to learn to trust again . I felt as if No one was Trustworthy mean I was supposed to feel safe at school. The one place I should have been protected.
