Tejai, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?

My parents raised my sister and I to know that God is our provider. From an early age, I was introduced to God, the Lord, and it helped me know Right from wrong. Now, as we all grow older into adulthood we have our choices/decisions and are able to make choices of our own. Due to the way my parents raised me, I could never use the excuse of not knowing that God is the Way.

In everything that I do in my Journey, I apply that, I remind myself of that, and I truly believe that so it’s been beyond essential to who I am and where I am just as much as where I’m going to be one day.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?

I’m an international singer, songwriter, and producer. I am from Miami, Florida but due to both of my parents being in the U.S. Army, I grew up in Germany. It’s also where I began my musical career and where my Purpose was introduced to me. Starting my career in Germany helped me know that things are much bigger than where we are from or what we know. So, I focus on more than what I can see and choose to believe and have Faith in what is to come; what is possible with God.

My Faith is something that is extraordinary about me and results in extraordinary accomplishments that, looking from the outside, some may not believe or wonder “how?” about .. but it’s all very real. Nothing is more real than God.

I focus on making a difference in this world through my Purpose, music. I aim to help others do the same in their own ways while also continuing to progress myself as well.

I have a company by the name of Moore Muzik, LLC. We are still growing but growing nonetheless. Our first label single with every artist and producer on the roster all on this one record is out now. It’s entitled, “Hello Goodbye”.

Any advice for managing a team?

Be, for those you lead, who you would have appreciated in the beginning of your Journey.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Helping others through my Gifts and creativity in one way or another; it feels really good that God blessed me to be able to do so and that I choose* to do so and always will. That lasts forever. It truly does.
