Taylor, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success, in my perspective, is a culmination of tenacity, consistency, ambition, and a vision of dreams so big that they scare you. Growing up amid inspiring business success stories, I’ve always recognized that these pillars are indispensable to achievement. My innate ability to overcome challenges and push boundaries positions me as an excellent real estate agent. Readiness to take decisive action and do whatever is necessary is imperative if you want to succeed. With these convictions, I’m prepared to contribute my chapter to the tapestry of success, drawing inspiration from those who have forged their paths before me.

I’m Taylor Janse – a Florida real estate agent selling Flagler, Volusia, and St. John’s Counties. I entered the real estate industry fueled by inspiration drawn from the influential and trailblazing women who preceded me and continue to make an impact today. Tracy Tutor, Dottie Herman, Barbara Corcoran, Jane Goldman, Jade Mills, the list goes on. I consider myself fortunate to encounter inspirational women within my industry on a daily basis. With the limitless potential for innovation that this industry provides, I’m continually engaged in the cultivation of fresh ideas and the anticipation of upcoming trends. My brand places a strong emphasis on leveraging new technology to enhance efficiency both for myself and my customers. Facilitating a smoother and less stressful buying and selling process is easily my greatest source of pride. There’s no comparison to the professional satisfaction you experience when aiding someone in taking one of the most significant steps in their life.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with customers becomes second nature when you prioritize cultivating authentic connections. In real estate, it transcends mere transactions; it’s fundamentally a people business. As far as brand loyalty, I pride myself on providing an exceptional real estate experience. Typically, customers tend to both return and recommend my services after their experience working with me.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I started out by almost exclusively posting “Just Listed” and “Just Sold”, akin to the majority of real estate agents. It soon became evident to me that people gravitate towards social media platforms for entertainment over anything else. The paradigm shifted for me when I transitioned my focus from highlighting achievements to creating entertaining content on social media. Authenticity is key; people seek a genuine connection and entertainment from your content. These become the deciding factors influencing their choice to follow you.
