In depth prioritization and focus of continuous educational development in all areas of life and specific interests. I create a space for myself to be alone to reflect on the details and specific steps it’ll take for me to achieve my objectives.

My name is Tavion Tate Guice III. I’ve been in the legal profession for over 25 years. When I’m not acting or performing music another passion of mines is the field of law. My company Guice Justice & Law Group/Administrative Office 175 provides legal services of all areas of law. A list of services my law firm provides can be located at administrativeoffice175.org.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
In the recent years, the filming and entertainment business has gone through major modifications from ownership, management, production, talent, personnel, and accountability. All of which are long overdue. During the initial start of covid the shift in both industries was very noticeable. Recognizing the storm that was brewing, I quickly adjusted my future plans to solidify my foundation in the field of law. This would become my final “General Sherman Tree”. The backbone that would feed my other passions of film and entertainment.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
A continued appreciation for networking and enhancement of knowledge in all fields that I’m involved in. Operating from the business aspect of things puts me on the forefront of business negotiations and direct involvement with key individuals on all levels. Negotiation has always been one of my gifts. Being able to relate to individuals from all walks of life is the key to success and is mandatory in developing a brand and a valuable reputation in business.
