We recently connected with Tausha Nunez and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Tausha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
In January 2023 I was informed the company that I was a founder in was going to be closing its doors. I was offered to hop into another opportunity as a founder again. This company had no name, what I knew about it was that my CEO was going to be coming over and so was my companies Chief Scientific Advisor/Formulator. The investment was something my family didn’t have at the time. But knowing this was a ground floor opportunity with products that had already changed my life and many others, I took the leap and found a way. This risk was huge, we were going to be a new company, less products, loss of my current team structure, that I’d have to rebuild and start ‘over’ with. I knew that it was going to be scary and it was a big risk for my family. I am glad now 5 months into our company being open that I took that risk. That I went all in before we even had a company name and list of products.
My family is now better off than we were before we took the risk. I was able to get my ROI within 2 months and now everything is additional income for us. This risk was well worth it and I cannot wait to see how it will evolve over the years to come.

Tausha, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I got into the wellness space when one of my son’s was sick one winter and I wanted to stay as natural as possible with his treatments. A friend of mine introduced me to the wellness industry. It was not only life changing to keep us down the natural path of wellness, but it became a passion of mine to help others and with that came a great income too! I am a founder in a global proactive wellness company, this opportunity came to me and knowing the science and CEO of the company I was all in. We promote all natural proactive wellness products that have advanced delivery in them. We have the honor of being in the PDR (Physicians Digital Reference) with all of our products because of the way that they are absorbed. This is my passion project and my goal is to help as many people as possible!

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
In 2020 I had to make a big pivot in how I ran my business as we went through shut downs. I was lucky a lot was done online, however, in my industry it is great to be with people in person to share our products, story and income earning opportunity. This helped us to succeed and grow faster and wider. What was thought to be a time where our business would crash, we learned to pivot. We built our in person systems to online. We utilized our phones more, our video conferencing more and changed up how we shared what we do and how we built. 2023 most e-commerce companies were still struggling to move to this new age of working and sharing. Ours used the struggles from 2020-2023 to rebuild, to open in more countries and to combine the virtual way of building with the personal way of sharing.
These 2 pivots we made proved to help more people across the world with their proactive health and income earning.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
When managing a team, we need to share proven systems, be available, be transparent and lift them up. Every day in this industry isn’t going to be rainbows and butterflies, but if we teach our team to let go of what is holding them down/back and move forward they will continue to grow. With a team you need to make sure whatever you are doing for them is duplicatable by them. I want my team to have teams and be able to lift them up, help them grow and motivate. If what I am doing for them isn’t duplicatable they’ll struggle, and it’ll become hard to manage their teams.
I am a huge believer in daily affirmations, and I share these with my team. I’ve heard ;) it’s pretty helpful.
