We were lucky to catch up with Tatiana Gort recently and have shared our conversation below.

Tatiana, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Folks often look at a successful business and imagine it was an overnight success, but from what we’ve seen this is often far from the truth. We’d love to hear your scaling up story – walk us through how you grew over time – what were some of the big things you had to do to grow and what was that scaling up journey like?

We began by focusing on our foundation, bringing a strong work ethic to every project and always striving to do our very best. From the start, customer satisfaction has been at the heart of everything we do, and it has carried us a long way. We take great pride in our work, pouring our hearts into every job to ensure the results speak for themselves. By truly listening to our customers and delivering on their vision with attention to detail, we’ve built more than just projects—we’ve built lasting relationships. Treating our customers like family has led to trust, referrals, and a loyal base of returning clients, which continues to help us grow.

Tatiana, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

For those who may not know us yet, YET Flooring LLC was built on a simple foundation: hard work, honesty, and the belief that every customer deserves to love the space they live in. What started as a passion for quality craftsmanship has grown into a trusted business specializing in flooring installation.

At YET Flooring, we do more than just lay floors and shower remodels—we help transform houses into homes. From the first consultation to the final detail, our goal is to make the process smooth, stress-free, and tailored to each client’s needs. We take pride in being detail-oriented and ensuring that every project reflects both the customer’s vision and our commitment to excellence.

Tell everyone that you can about your business, you never know who will need your services later on, you might miss out when someone does not know about your business. Show your work as well. I post every job and keep social media busy with our everyday work
