We were lucky to catch up with Tatiana recently and have shared our conversation below.
Tatiana, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with a hypothetical question – if it were up to you, what would you change about the school or education system to better prepare students for a more fulfilling life and career?
As a mother of two girls, this topic is incredibly important to me. I am in the process of guiding my children through their education, and I’ve often found myself questioning how much the school system truly prepares them for life. It feels like a lot of their essential learning falls on me as a parent, which is why I’ve even considered homeschooling for my high schooler.
When I was growing up in Poland (I’m 48 now), education was very different. You went to school, absorbed as much knowledge as possible, and nobody really questioned whether it was relevant to life outside the classroom. At that time, people were simply grateful for the opportunity to learn, and the more knowledge you acquired, the better. But times have changed. Today, we carry an overwhelming amount of information in the little boxes we hold in our hands every day—our phones. Access to knowledge isn’t the issue anymore; it’s about teaching kids how to apply it meaningfully.
Of course, knowledge is important, but I believe the focus should shift to practical tools that will help kids lead fulfilling and independent lives. For example, instead of only memorizing information, students need to learn how the financial system works, how to manage money, and how to start their own businesses. They need to develop flexibility and adaptability because the days of staying in the same job for 20 years are long gone. Future careers will demand transferable skills that can be applied across multiple fields, and knowledge alone won’t suffice.
I also believe it’s crucial to teach kids how to manage their lives. It’s wonderful to have children who speak three languages or play three instruments, but it’s concerning when they don’t know how to operate a washing machine or cook a basic meal. These life skills are just as important as academic ones. Moreover, we need to prepare kids for jobs that don’t even exist yet, which means focusing on tool-based learning, flexibility, and creativity.
But something even more important than these practical skills are values. What are values these days? What truly matters to you in your heart? Kids today are bombarded with conflicting messages about what is important—success, popularity, money, perfection—but I want them to connect with what is deeply meaningful to them. As a society, we’ve lost sight of values like kindness, integrity, gratitude, and compassion, yet these are what ground us and guide us in life. Schools should encourage children to explore these questions: What do you stand for? What do you want your life to be about? Without values, even the most knowledgeable or skilled person can feel lost.
Equally important is emotional well-being. Children should learn how to express their feelings, manage their emotions, and build resilience. If they can’t do this, they risk crashing under the pressure of life. Educators should act more as guides, helping students navigate the sea of information they encounter daily—especially on social media. Kids need to understand what’s real, what’s not, and how to make sense of it all without feeling overwhelmed.
Physical health also needs attention. Kids today sit far more than we did in my generation, and it’s impacting their physical and mental health. Reconnecting with nature can help address this. Nature is not only healing but also teaches us to listen to our intuition—an underrated skill that can guide us through life’s uncertainties. Schools should be open to fostering this kind of inner awareness as well.
Reflecting on my own education, I left school feeling clever in terms of knowledge, but I didn’t know how to present myself or talk about my skills. I want my children to learn what nobody told me. I want them to be ready for life—not just with knowledge but with the ability to apply it, adapt to change, express themselves, stay grounded in their emotional and physical well-being, and, most importantly, stay connected to their core values.
This is the shift we need in our education system to truly prepare the next generation for a fulfilling life

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My journey has been anything but conventional and business is not typical.
I am an intuitive healer, and author of the book How to Get Out of the Fog: The Blueprint to Put Your Life Back on Track Through Self-Discipline.
But that’s just one piece of who I am. I also work part-time as a teacher and am a proud mother of two girls.
These diverse roles have shaped not only my perspective but also the way I approach my work.
Growing up in Poland, I was always curious about the deeper layers of life—why people feel stuck, why they hurt, and how they can heal. After moving to Australia 16 years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I realized that I didn’t fit the mold of a corporate worker.
A pivotal moment came during my pregnancy when I decided to leave the corporate world behind and start exploring what truly called me: helping people heal and live authentically.
I began my journey as a bioresonance practitioner, drawn to the way this technology could support physical and energetic health. Over time, this evolved into intuitive healing, where I tap into higher consciousness to help clients release subconscious blockages, inherited traumas, and emotional patterns. It’s incredibly humbling to guide people through transformations that ripple out into every part of their lives—career, relationships, and self-worth.
What sets my work apart is its holistic nature. I combine intuitive insights, energy work, and bioresonance technology to address not just the symptoms of imbalance but the root causes.
My clients often tell me they feel seen and heard in a way they never have before. My sessions aren’t about fixing anyone—they’re about uncovering who they really are and clearing the barriers that have kept them from that truth.
One of the aspects I’m most proud of is creating a safe, judgment-free space where people can explore their healing journey.
Whether it’s a corporate executive learning to let go of stress, a mother rediscovering her intuition, or a child overcoming emotional overwhelm, every session is a reminder of the resilience and beauty within us all.
Beyond individual sessions, I’ve written books and offer resources like meditations and group healing sessions to empower people to continue their growth on their own terms. I also speak about the importance of intuition, emotional well-being, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
If there’s one thing I’d like people to take away about my work, it’s that healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about rediscovering the brilliance that’s already within you.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
When it comes to finding new clients, my approach is somewhat unconventional. While most strategies focus on marketing techniques or networking, I realized early on that the real work starts within.
For me, the journey to attracting clients began with identifying and releasing emotional blockages that were holding me back. I discovered that even if I applied traditional strategies—such as advertising or talking about my work—these efforts wouldn’t be effective if they were overshadowed by deeper fears and unresolved emotions.
I had to confront my fear of being judged, my struggles with self-worth, and lingering doubts about failure stemming from past experiences. Additionally, I uncovered generational traumas linked to business struggles within my family, where attempts to start and grow businesses often ended in setbacks.
Only after addressing these inner blockages—through energy work, self-reflection, and healing—did things start to shift. With a clearer, more confident mindset, I could then apply regular strategies like marketing and networking with much greater success.
This experience taught me that running a business is more than just an external endeavor—it’s one of the greatest personal development journeys you can undertake. Don’t take self-development courses, I offer laugh. Start your business instead. It’s essential to work on yourself first, to remove limiting beliefs and generational patterns that may be hindering your progress.

Have you ever had to pivot?
One of the most defining moments of my life happened when I first moved to Australia. I had a young baby at home, and we were struggling financially. On one particular day, I went out with a friend to a cafe, and as she bought food for her children, I kept insisting that I was fine. But the truth was, I wasn’t.
As I stood there, the reality of my situation hit me like a wave. I realized I only had two dollars left in my account. The vulnerability of that moment was overwhelming. I had never felt so exposed, so unsure of what my future held..
My friend without hesitation, stepped in to help. She bought food for my children and me, and in that act of kindness, I found both relief and a profound moment of clarity. I promised myself then and there that I would never again let myself be in such a position. I made a vow to change my circumstances, to not let fear or doubt hold me back, no matter how difficult the road ahead seemed.
At the time, I was a stay-at-home mom, navigating the overwhelming challenges of motherhood while trying to establish myself in a new country. The financial struggles were real, but I refused to let them define me. That moment of vulnerability became the spark I needed to make a change. Slowly but surely, I took steps to shift my mindset and transform my life.
It wasn’t an easy journey, but that turning point ultimately led me to where I am today—working as an intuitive healer and bioresonance practitioner. That experience of hitting rock bottom, paired with the unexpected kindness of a stranger, fueled my drive to reinvent my life.
Now, when I work with clients, I draw from that experience—helping them break through their own barriers, heal from past wounds, and transform their limiting beliefs. I remind them that no matter how tough life gets, there is always a way forward. And that’s something I’ll never forget: when you’re at your lowest, there’s always the potential to rise higher.
