The story behind the mission starts with why the company was created. I worked for 20 years as a regional manager for Planet Beauty, a luxury beauty boutique, and it was there I learned the value of customer service, the connection you make with your customer and how important it is to provide goods and services for the majority of men and women, so they can enjoy and feel beautiful and good about themselves. I love making people feel special that is so important to Taera Jewelry , providing the highest customer service, along with trendy and affordable luxury. At Taera Jewelry , we make sure that we are on top of the trends, whether it be the metals that we use, natural stones such as tanzanite, jade, pearls, opals, turquoise, tourmaline, Moissanite diamonds and lab grown diamonds. Not everyone can afford that 5 or 10 even $20,000 diamond ring, we want a woman to have the ring of her dreams. We have the top quality, Moissanite and lab grown diamonds. We also offer financing so we can to provide that affordable luxury experience. As I said, that is the most important thing to our company.

Hello, I’m Tara, the proud owner of Taera Jewelry. My journey into the world of jewelry design and entrepreneurship began in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. For two decades, I served as a dedicated regional manager at Planet Beauty, all the while nurturing a dream of starting my own online store. With the pandemic reshaping the retail landscape, I saw the perfect opportunity to turn that dream into reality.

After moving to California at the age of five, I spent the next 14 years immersing myself in the vibrant West Coast culture. Then, at 19, I embarked on a new adventure, relocating to Las Vegas. Little did I know that this move would lead me to the most exhilarating and life-changing experiences. In the city of lights, I forged deep connections with friends, seized exciting job opportunities, and soaked up the rich tapestry of life experiences that would ultimately shape my path toward founding Taera Jewelry.

At the age of 26, I returned to California and embarked on a remarkable career journey with Planet Beauty. Starting as a humble cashier, I dedicated two decades to the company, steadily climbing the ranks to become a regional manager, responsible for managing over seven locations and leading a team of more than 40 dedicated employees. This invaluable experience not only honed my leadership and management skills but also deepened my understanding of the beauty and retail industry, laying the foundation for my eventual foray into the world of jewelry.

My lifelong love for all facets of business has been the driving force behind my journey. From the joy of meeting new people and forming lasting friendships to the thrill of creating budgets, maintaining discipline, and tackling challenges head-on, I’ve found fulfillment in every aspect of entrepreneurship. This passion for innovation and creativity has allowed me to craft not just jewelry but unique experiences for my valued customers.

Building organic email lists and Instagram followers is no small feat, but I’ve embraced the challenge. To attract new customers and engage with my audience, I’ve implemented creative strategies. I offer enticing giveaways, where customers can enter their email addresses for a chance to win $250, or participate in exciting raffles and games like the Wheel of Fortune. Additionally, I love collaborating with other small businesses for joint giveaways, fostering a sense of community and excitement.
