Tara, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you talk to us about how you learned to do what you do?

Perfecting your craft means dedicating yourself to the mastery of your chosen skill. It means working diligently to improve your abilities, learning from your mistakes, and striving for excellence. It means becoming the best you can be so that you can create the best work possible. With Micd Up With Monty I have truly evolve within. I started off in a space where I did not know where I was going or the plan God had on my life. I started interviewing in an empty room, now I do my content out the most booked studio in Philadelphia Immortal Vision Studios.
Within the process I have learned that you can never not be a student, never get to big headed, and never be a gatekeeper! What God has for you will be for you! Never forget that

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My goal is to have a segment on the news. I want to go around the world highlighting business owners and entrepreneur’s. Highlighting business owners business, speaking on mental health, and giving advice for someone that does not know where to start.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

The most rewarding part is bringing creatives together to connect. I currently host a Creative Happy Hour once a month where Our Happy Hours are more than just networking; they’re an exploration of boundless possibilities. An open bar flowing with inspiration, a live DJ spinning beats that sync with your creativity, delectable bites and cool activations that turn moments into memories. It’s not just about mingling; it’s about discovering, connecting, and celebrating the art of creation.
