We recently connected with Tanyia O’Neal and have shared our conversation below.

Tanyia, appreciate you joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

The Story Behind My Brand Is I Started Making Tutus When I Was In Middle School , I Told Myself I Should Start Making Them For Little Girls , So I Did Then I Finally Got Into The Lipgloss Field . So I Came Up With The Name Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I started making Tutus years ago. I saw photos of tutus, tutus in the store for children, trends of tutus and thought to myself I can make these. I did some research to see what was the best technique, I started off going to the local craft store buying material and started my very own first tutu. Over the years I have somewhat perfected my craft in making tutus and I am challenged by customers with their theme tutu requests but they all seem to be pleased with my work. I started making tutus when I was in high school, I have made tutus for a month-old baby to a 50-year-old woman. You have to make sure you have enough material to make the correct length you have to make sure you cut right one little mishaps could ruin all your hard work.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Some obstacles come with believing you have all the materials and you have a deadline to meet then you have to become very creative. Another struggle is when materials do not get delivered on time and the local stores do not have the right colors. I’ve had days like this and they were not easy. That is when my creative mind come in place.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

I am 21 years old; I am the owner of my business. I specialize in handmade lip-glosses and handmade tutus. I make tutus, lip-glosses and sell lashes. I am known for my lip-glosses and tutus. What sets me apart from others is I give plenty of deals, if it’s your first-time shopping with me I give free items. I am very professional and polite. I want the readers to know that I have the best brand out here and would like for everyone to try from all over the world. My most proud brand-wise is my tutus and lip-glosses. I offer different kinds of lip-glosses and lashes. I would like to expand my business a little further. My Advice I have for anybody managing a team or maintaining high morale is “NEVER GIVE UP ALL YOUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF “.
