Unique Decor Dallas began with an idea lingering in the back of my mind; I never imagined it would blossom into what it is today. As a dedicated do-it-yourself enthusiast, I found myself in a position where my previous job barely provided enough to make ends meet. When it came to my kids’ parties, I was determined to create something special. Drawing inspiration from Pinterest, I would often tell myself, ‘If they can do it, so can I.’ Little did I know, a rude awakening was on the horizon. My entry into this industry was purely through word of mouth, thanks to the support of friends and family. It all started when a friend of a friend appreciated my work, and that’s how this extraordinary journey of mine took flight.

This journey has been tough but incredibly rewarding. I’ve faced many challenges, like vehicle breakdowns, stolen backdrops, and false payment information. These things could have made someone want to give up, but I never considered quitting.
Despite the difficulties, i’ve had the opportunity to work with high-end clients and companies, which I never thought possible. It took a lot of hard work, including long nights and early mornings, but I never lost hope.
This journey has taught me a lot, and I’m proud that I never gave up, no matter how tough things got.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
It’s essential for me to prioritize client satisfaction and loyalty. Ensuring that our clients are 100% pleased and satisfied with our work is always our top priority. Over the past few years, we have been fortunate to have many returning clients, which I believe speaks to the strength of our brand. Our most significant marketing strategy is through word of mouth, as we strive to deliver exceptional service at every event, leaving a unique and memorable impression. This approach has been instrumental in fostering brand loyalty and maintaining strong connections with our clients.
