We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tania Rubis a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Tania, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
Both of my projects: The Rubis Show and Real Rich are deeply personal. They’re two sides of the same vision: to reveal what’s truly behind influence, style, and success.
The Rubis Show was born from my desire to bring meaning into entertainment. On the surface, it’s red carpets, couture, and beautiful people. But my goal has always been to go deeper – to reveal the psychology of presence, power, and the private world behind public lives. I wanted to prove that elegance and intelligence can coexist on screen.
Then came Real Rich – my boldest move yet. It’s not about luxury; it’s about what wealth does to the human soul. What fears come with it? What values survive it? What happens when you already have “everything”?
Each episode is a mirror both for the guest and the viewer, reflecting the inner architecture of ambition, ego, love, and purpose.
If The Rubis Show is about how people show up, Real Rich is about who they are when no one’s watching.
The most meaningful part? I’m not chasing trends, I’m building a cultural lens.
Because let’s be honest: in a world obsessed with fame and filters, the real provocation today is authenticity.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m Tania Rubis — TV Host, journalist, producer, and creator of The Rubis Show and Real Rich. My work blends visual aesthetics, storytelling, and the psychology of influence, offering a refined perspective on success and culture.
My career began in European television, where I developed a deep appreciation for storytelling through image and emotion. After relocating to the U.S., I expanded my career as a radio host in New York – an experience that opened the door to a broader creative world.
The Rubis Show was created as a bridge between entertainment and insight. On the surface, it’s red carpets, couture, and dazzling events, but it’s also about the world behind them. Through conversations with designers, actors, and creators, the show captures the rhythm of New York’s high society and celebrates those who shape culture from behind the closed doors of influence.
My second project, Real Rich, takes that vision to a deeper level. It explores the psychology of wealth, what money reveals about human nature, values, and legacy. It’s less about luxury and more about what defines real richness from within.
What defines my brand is the ability to combine elegance, intellect, and authenticity.
My mission is to bring meaning into modern media, to remind audiences that behind every look, every moment of fame, there’s always a human story worth telling.
I’m most proud of building my own path in media as a woman, creator, and business owner. I’ve built The Rubis Show and Real Rich from the ground up, without corporate backing, driven purely by vision, discipline, and belief.
As a producer and host, I’ve had the privilege to give a platform to inspiring voices from designers and artists to philanthropists and entrepreneurs, and to celebrate women who lead with both strength and grace.
What I want people to know about my brand is that it’s more than media, it’s a movement toward authenticity, elegance, and purpose. Whether it’s a red-carpet moment or a deep conversation, everything I produce is meant to remind others that real power begins within.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Building The Rubis Show and Real Rich from the up has been one of the most defining experiences of my life. In the beginning, it always feels like pure inspiration, a creative start-up driven by passion and vision. But what no one tells you is that the real challenge begins later, when the excitement fades and you’re left with routine, deadlines, and the constant demand to keep growing.
Most people give up at that stage. They lose faith when results don’t come fast enough or when the road feels lonely. But that’s where resilience truly begins, in the quiet moments when you have to believe in your idea all over again.
For me, resilience means consistency. Success isn’t built in one bright moment, it’s built through a thousand small ones, showing up again and again with integrity, even when no one applauds. I can’t say I’ve reached the level of success I envision yet, but I live by one truth: consistency and authenticity always pay off.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is the freedom to do what I truly love, and to build my life around that passion.
I rarely see artists or creatives who were forced into what they do. This kind of work always starts from passion, not obligation. The real reward is being able to turn that passion into something that inspires others.
When your work comes from love, it naturally gives back, it motivates, it connects, it reminds people that doing what you love isn’t a dream, it’s a choice.
If work takes such a big part of our lives, it should be the part that brings joy, not just to you, but to everyone who experiences what you create.
