Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tania Nawazkhan . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tania , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
Taking the Leap: How Titan Shape Was Born from a Bold Risk
One of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken was starting Titan Shape with no prior business experience or background. I didn’t have a blueprint, a business degree, or years of entrepreneurial knowledge to lean on—just a deep belief in the power of movement as a part of my purpose of God will over my life.
During the pandemic, when the world felt stagnant and disconnected, I knew one thing for certain: movement was essential—not just for physical health, but for mental and emotional well-being, too. What started as a simple initiative to get people moving quickly evolved into something much bigger. We weren’t just working out; we were building a community with a shared goal of staying active and healthy, despite the challenges around us.
That passion turned into a business, and Titan Shape was born. I took a risk by stepping into the unknown, but that leap of faith proved to be the foundation of something greater than I ever imagined. Today, Titan Shape isn’t just about fitness—it’s about resilience, connection, and proving that movement has the power to transform lives.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Finding My Passion: How Titan Shape is Changing Lives Through Movement and intentional connection.
My journey into the fitness industry started with a simple yet powerful realization—I saw firsthand the impact of group exercise. Working out with a group wasn’t just about fitness; it was about energy, accountability, and motivation. I witnessed how people pushed each other, showed up even on the hard days, and built a sense of community that made every workout more than just a routine—it became a lifestyle.
That’s when I knew I had to take it further. I wanted to create a space where people could break free from their limitations, both physically and mentally. At Titan Shape, we don’t just focus on workouts—we tackle the biggest challenges people face: limited time, lack of motivation, and self-doubt. I help people see that they are more than the box they’ve put themselves in. They are stronger, more capable, and deserving of self-love and confidence.
My goal is to push people out of their comfort zones, not just in fitness but in life. Because when you start seeing yourself as a big deal, you move differently. You show up for yourself. And that’s when real transformation happens.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Unlearning My Logic: The Key to Truly Serving Others
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was my own logic. When I started working with so many different women, I quickly realized that the way I think—the way things make sense to me—is not always how others process things.
At Titan Shape, I work with a diverse group of women, each with their own experiences, challenges, and ways of thinking. What felt logical and straightforward to me wasn’t always the same for them. I had to unlearn the idea that people would automatically adapt . Instead, I had to shift, listen, and truly understand how to connect with each individual.
Serving over 200 women meant learning over 200 different communication styles, emotions, and perspectives. It wasn’t about forcing a one-size-fits-all approach but about meeting each person where they are. This shift changed everything—it made me a better leader, a more compassionate coach, and someone who truly understands that growth comes from embracing different ways of thinking.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Building My Reputation: Focus, Integrity, and Accountability
My reputation in the fitness industry wasn’t built by accident—it was built through intentional choices and commitment. From the start, I was selective about who I wanted to work with. I made the decision to focus solely on training women, and that niche became a defining part of my brand. People know that when they come to Titan Shape, they’re stepping into a space designed specifically for them, where they are understood, supported, and pushed to be their best.
Another key factor in building my reputation? I keep my word—period. If I say I’m going to do something, it gets done, and it gets done immediately. My clients know that when they commit to this journey, I’m just as committed to them. I call people up, hold them accountable, and make sure they follow through. Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about showing up—it’s about having someone in your corner who refuses to let you quit.
That’s what sets Titan Shape apart. It’s not just about training—it’s about trust, consistency, and making things happen.
