Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Taneisha Gadsden. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Taneisha , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you have a hero? What have you learned from them?
My hero is my Mom. My Mom was definitely one of the strongest people I know as she won the battle with breast cancer and fought until the end with her brain cancer battle. My Mom taught me self love, how to be independent, how not to give up, hearing the word No is motivation, and I can do anything I put my mind to. Being an entrepreneur isn’t easy but my Mom’s lessons gives me the drive to continue on this journey despite any difficulties.
Taneisha , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
st! Thank you so much and I truly do appreciate you thinking of me and my brand!😍😍😘😘

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing your clientele is being kind to people. You have to support others if you want them to support you. Supporting someone’s dream doesn’t have to be all monetary but sharing a post, telling a friend, sending a referral, passing out a business card is showing love that all businesses need. When you do these things freely, it comes back to you ten fold! I’ve been good at growing my clientele because of this and people will say that I am good to people so they will support me!
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson that I had to unlearn is thinking that family and friends will always support you. I have a strong support system with some family and friends but I had to get out of that mindset set that everyone will see the vision that I have for my brand. I had to learn that strangers will support you just as much or even more with your vision. There is no need to be in my feelings about those that don’t support me but appreciate and celebrate those that do.
