We recently connected with Tammy Price and have shared our conversation below.

Tammy , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. The more we talk about good leadership the more we think good leadership practices will spread and so we’d love for you to tell us a story about the best boss you’ve had and what they were like or what they did that was so great?

As I reflect, there were several leaders who impacted my life over the years. One thing I know for sure is that there was no one like the Stormy Nicole Wellington. The impact Stormy has upon my life has caused a change in every aspect of my life. Stormy did more for me than just providing opportunities to increase my income. Stormy helped mold me into the strong black queen I am today by being the example, praying with me and never letting go of my hand. All of the private conversations helped me see who I was from a different perspective. I know without a doubt that Stormy Wellington continues to make a vital impact in my life. My coach has my back. I know it because I can feel it.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

After I was fed up with being homeless and sleeping in a car with my three children, I knew I had to prevail, and I couldn’t quit. QUITTING was no option for me. Staying consistent pulled myself out of such a terrible situation. I stepped out and took a leap of faith and invested the last few dollars I had into a network marketing company called Total Life Changes. I highly appreciate Jack Fallon, and John Licari for providing one of the best networking compensation plans. This platform allowed me to help change so many lives. That alone gave me the ambition to keep striving for my goals and never up. Total Life Changes changed my life and health.

Later, God spoke to me loud and clear and told me to start a ministry by the name of Prayer, Sacrifice, Action…and I DID JUST THAT. The ministry is celebrating 3 years of service on June 4, 2022. I will never give up on this ministry given to me by God.

Listening to God not only led me to ministry but it led me to building a $1,000,000,00 home from the ground up. This was an accomplishment that meant so much to me, my family and my audience. Saying yes to God put me in situations and environments to elevate such on the best reality show Million Dollar Hustle on Lifetime Movie Network. Filming for this TV show offered an experience and perspective I would have never gotten to be a part of if I didn’t listen to the voice of God and take action!

Any advice for managing a team?

When it comes to managing a team and maintaining high morale requires you to keep everything moving. What that means is to complete every task that comes your way effortless. Do not allow any obstacles to stand in your way. Everything moving looks and feels like success. When leading a team, you must lead by example but most importantly you must communicate. When you communicate with your team a togetherness will form and relationships are built that will last a lifetime. Thats the key! We must stick together through the good and the bad. When connections are made a great leader notice and uses those connections to add value.

We must collaborate, network, and grow, in order to grow we must fellowship and that’s when the time comes to plan events. Events allows the current team to evolve while new member inquire and become apart. In addition, the team will grow effortlessly.

If you do not remember anything please remember that people will forget what you did to them however, they will never forget how you made them feel.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I believe the audience I have today was built by me being consistent with using my daily story and experiences on social media. this was a way to be transparent and relatable to people all over the world, such as single moms, entrepreneurs, people with a Christian faith, and the caliber of people that have the desire to better than who they were the day before.

Being consistent and obtaining the ambition I have today has also added value to the audience I have on social media. With the drive I have there is no doubt I will not elevate.
