Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tammy Dean. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Tammy, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Everyone has a “why” while going through the home buying or selling process. I wanted to highlight the compelling story behind what got them to where they are and decided to be an advocate for those during the real estate process and document the journey as a keepsake! This was the catalyst of me creating “moving on ” the series which is featured on our YouTube channel.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Being raised in a military family, Tammy grew up all over the world and moved to San Diego over 25 years ago. Although her previous career as a Talent Manager was exciting, she always has had an affinity for Real Estate and helping others. Over six years ago, she retired from the entertainment industry to pursue Real Estate as a full-time profession.

Through real estate, her innate love and desire to help others became even more transparent, and it continues to grow with each client she has the pleasure of working with. Having experienced two divorces and countless other trials, she found her passion of wanting to help others who might be going through or having gone through a divorce, domestic partnership separation, or significant life displacement. She noted that it is essential to her to fight for clients experiencing such scenarios during an emotionally challenging and uncertain time of their lives, all while going through the home-buying or home-selling process. She has experienced the highs and lows that come with divorce separation and wants those that she works with to know that they can achieve homeownership and prevail.

Tammy prides herself on making sure the client is educated and offers her support relentlessly. It was and is her mission to assist in the preservation of a client’s credit score, homeowner eligibility, and stability within the family unit while enduring one of life’s most significant challenges during their transition. In her free time, Tammy has a passion for volunteer work at various convalescent homes throughout San Diego and local chihuahua rescues.

During the pandemic had to really buckle down and stay focused on my “why” and not the circumstances
