We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tammy Adcock. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tammy below.
Tammy, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
At Adcock Coaching LLC, we believe that no safe parent should have to navigate the difficult journey of protecting their children alone. Our mission is deeply personal—born from my own experience as a survivor of narcissistic abuse. The path was isolating and overwhelming, and I understand firsthand the emotional and legal challenges that come with fighting to safeguard children.
Through my work, I strive to provide guidance, support, and strategies to help parents facing high-conflict custody situations. My goal is to empower them with the knowledge and resilience needed to advocate for their children effectively. Adcock Coaching LLC was created to ensure that no parent feels alone in this fight and that they have the tools and support necessary to move forward with strength and clarity.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Fourteen years ago, I went through a high-conflict divorce that led to an ongoing, highly contested custody battle. My personal experience navigating the family court system—representing myself due to the overwhelming financial burden—has given me a unique and deeply personal understanding of the challenges my clients face.
What sets me apart is that I haven’t just studied this—I’ve lived it. I know the emotional toll, the legal complexities, and the resilience it takes to keep fighting for your children. That’s why I founded Adcock Coaching LLC—to be the support, the sounding board, and the beacon of hope for parents who feel lost in the storm. My mission is to help others find clarity, strength, and the belief that there is life after the battle.

How did you build your audience on social media?
I’ve been intentional about where I invest my time and resources, ensuring that my content remains authentic and aligned with my mission. Authenticity is something I take great pride in, and it’s been reflected in the way my audience engages with my posts.
Beyond creating meaningful content, I’ve put in the work to understand the strategic side of social media—analyzing optimal posting times, audience engagement patterns, and content trends. This combination of authenticity and strategy has helped me build a strong, engaged community. In the past few weeks, that effort has really paid off, as my social media presence has experienced significant growth in a very positive way.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
As a survivor of domestic abuse, I’ve had to develop and maintain strong personal boundaries to heal and rebuild my life. That same resilience has carried over into my professional journey, where I’ve learned the importance of setting healthy boundaries in my work. Recognizing when I have too much on my plate has been essential—not just for my well-being, but also to ensure I can show up fully for the clients who rely on me. Finding that balance has been a crucial part of my growth, allowing me to lead by example and support others without compromising my own strength.
