Tamir, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

The story behind my mission is to help players reach their dreams. I want people to always bet on themselves and know that they don’t need a big firm.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I got into the sport agent business because when I was a professional player I got screwed over by all my agents. They told me what I wanted to hear but never delivered. So I decided I wanted to be a better agent to others. I always speak facts and I’m bluntly honest with my clients.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I was told Roc Nation was going sign me when I got my license. I get my license and then the pandemic happen. Roc Nation no longer was hiring new agents. So I decided to start my own firm. This basketball player from LSU mom was telling me before the season and majority of the season that they were going sign with me. Once the bigger agencies with more money started contacting them. Mom changed her mind and stopped returning my calls. When I seen them in Vegas for the NBA Summer League she acted like she didn’t even know who I was.

I’ve known my business partner:cofounder all my life. We don’t always see eye to eye but I wouldn’t want to go through this journey without him. My Dad
