We recently connected with Tami LoPresti and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Tami thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?
I really hope to make a true and lasting impact in this world. I want people to wake up to the truth about themselves. To know that life was never meant to be this uphill battle we’ve been led to believe it all is. And to know that we are actually really powerful creators ourselves, who have the ability to shape our reality into whatever we would like it to be. Most of us spend our lives thinking we have to be someone other people want us to be and we have to do things that make sense to the people around us. That we have to fit into some box that was never built to the shape we even are. The truth is that all of that is a lie. You didn’t come here to buy into the rules and to follow the program. You came here to have a life where you are happy. Where the rules are of your own making. And where living feels good. I want people to not only learn that but to live it. My message and the legacy I’d like to leave is for people to remember all of these things or to learn them for the first time. I want the world to wake up to the truth so we are not just surviving…but so we are all thriving.
Tami, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Numerology wasn’t exactly the path I thought I’d take in life. Growing up, I imagined becoming an architect. I wanted to design beautiful structures that would stand tall for the world to see. But once I realized how much math was involved, I quickly shifted gears. I enrolled in business school and ended up working as an accountant for a while. It was stable, professional, and I liked having my own office. It gave me a sense of importance. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t something that would ever set my soul on fire.
The truth is, I didn’t just stumble into Numerology later in life. I was actually born into it. My mom started studying numbers when I was a baby, and she practiced Numerology throughout my entire life. I remember her pulling out charts at dinner parties, sitting with people long after dessert, and giving them insights that left them speechless. She always brushed it off like it was just something she liked to do. But I knew better. You could see her light up when she worked with the numbers. They spoke to her, like she had some secret language the rest of us couldn’t hear. She understood people in a way I’d never seen before. Even strangers. She knew how to pull out the truth, how to help people see their gifts, and how to guide them through their challenges. Watching her work always fascinated me.
When I was a teenager, I couldn’t help but talk about the cool thing my mom did. My friends were always curious, and of course, they all wanted readings. She’d tell them they weren’t quite old enough to know everything yet, but then she’d say just enough to blow their minds. She always said you shouldn’t reveal too much to young people, that it could alter their path. I didn’t fully get it back then, but now I do. Today when I read for younger people, I follow that same principle. I give them just enough to plant a seed. A reminder of how powerful and loved they are, but not the details that could shift the path they’re here to walk.
I used to tell my mom I wanted her to teach me someday. And when I finally asked as an adult, she told me I wasn’t mature enough yet. She wasn’t wrong. It took me a long time to make good choices and to grow into myself. But the desire never left me.
When I turned 30, I moved back in with her for a year. I asked again if she would teach me, and again, she said no. She told me it was a huge responsibility, and she didn’t want to burden me with it. But I wanted it so badly that I followed her around all year with a notebook in hand..insisting that she teach me. She worked long shifts at an amusement park, and every morning while she was doing her makeup, I’d ask her questions like, “Mom, what does the one mean?” and “What happens when a one meets a four, or when someone has a 2 and a 3, or even when there’s two 5’s or three 1’s?” Bit by bit, she started sharing what she remembered. No books. No guides. Just her memory, her intuition, and decades of experience.
That was a great year of learning for me. I may not have been a natural instantly back then, but after 20 years of practice, I have become an incredibly gifted Numerologist and I have even gone on to teach and certify other people to practice this work now. The type of Numerology I practice is different than any other that you will find. I call it Cosmic Ascended Numerology. And when I work with people, the messages come through me…clear, accurate, deeply uplifting. The kind of messages that unlock something deep inside people.
During a reading, I help them remember why they’re here. What they came to do. The gifts they brought and the challenges they’ll face. I give practical guidance for moving through those struggles and living with more purpose. Most people walk away feeling like their whole life makes sense in a way it never has before. People call my work life-changing, and I see that every day in their faces and in the lives they step into afterward. It’s always a wonderful feeling to see the impact I am making in the world by doing the things I love.
Here are my main offers and how they work:
Numerology Readings
I offer both Individual and Relationship Readings. An Individual Reading is about understanding who you are and what you’re here to do. I show you how to use your gifts to overcome your challenges and live a better, fuller life. In a Relationship Reading we look at your chart alongside your partner’s chart and I tell you how you match and how you don’t. Also how to understand each other and how to communicate more efficiently so you can make things work way better than ever before.
Coaching Packages
I offer three powerful coaching experiences:
1. Discovering You – This one is a deep dive into who you are, how you operate, and bringing out all of the best parts of yourself so you can truly learn how to honor, respect, and love yourself fully. We also look at your life and reshape it into the life you want to live, rather than the one you have fallen into, without intentionally planning it.
2. Relationship Magic – For couples who want to understand each other deeply and communicate better. We look at how each of you operate so you can learn how to have the best partnership possible. We look at both yours and your partner’s communication style, how each of you give and receive love, and we also explore what each of you need that you are not getting. And how you can create a stronger, more loving connection with one another.
3. Explore Your World – My personal favorite. In this one we write the charts for everyone in your inner circle. Partners, kids, parents, grandparents, friends, cousins…to explore the dynamics between you. You will learn and finally understand how each person in your life is helping and hurting you to encourage you to complete your goals as you have intended. This one is eye-opening and fascinating in the way that it creates a whole new level of awareness around your life and the people in it.
Wizard School
I also train and certify others to become professional Numerologists through my 30-week certification program Wizard School. The first 10 weeks are dedicated to building a strong foundation by learning each number and then charting those numbers. The next 10 weeks dive into the deeper layers of combos, energy numbers, goal numbers, and the essential terminology that brings it all to life. The final 10 weeks are about applying what you’ve learned by putting your knowledge into practice, spiritual hygiene, and setting up your business so you can confidently start taking on clients. We meet for live Q&A sessions every other week, as well as having bonus classes. This course is structured in a way that is very easy to follow and allows for much time in between each class to soak in the knowledge. By the end, it’s not just about getting a certification, but about transforming lives. Not only the lives of the clients you’ll one day support, but your own life, too. This work comes with extra layers of gifts too, like how it naturally opens up a connection between the student and their spirit team, allowing messages to come through clearly and consistently. My students don’t just become confident Numerologists, who now are open channels with their spirit guides either. They become part of something even bigger and more meaningful. A community. A tribe of light workers who are deeply committed to raising the vibration of this planet through the sharing of this sacred knowledge. Every student who has gone through this course has experienced profound transformation. And I know it will only continue to get better and better.
Guided Meditations
Lastly, I offer guided meditations which are intentionally created a bit different than most others. I discovered that there are people with a condition called Aphantasia, which prevents them from forming visual images in their mind. This means that typical guided meditations might not work for them because they cannot construct an image for themselves when they are asked to imagine certain scenes or scenarios. My answer to this was to create guided meditations that are both in an audible format and also a visual one. This way I can offer a video to go along with the audio to show a visual representation of what you are being asked to “see” in your mind’s eye. I have personally found that even though I don’t struggle with visualization myself, that I actually love having both. The video really helps me to embody the feelings of the images better when I am experiencing these guided meditations. My clients also say that they love these guided meditations as well and have found them to be more powerful for them too.
This list does not include all of my offers, but these are the main ones. My work is different than most because it creates lasting changes in people who participate in any form of it. My goal is always to shift your perspective. To help you see what’s possible and to give you real ways to experience your life in the biggest and best ways you can imagine.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
When it comes to building a reputation, I think it’s always about integrity. I learned a really long time ago that who you are is not only special, but that there is no other person exactly like you. There could be 50 people saying the same exact things, but no two people will tell you those things in the same way. And this is where you really can stand out. Only if you practice integrity in who you are though. You have to be willing to be yourself. All the way yourself. And you can’t lie about that. Because the truth is, people can feel when you’re being real. They can also feel when you’re not. What’s helped me most is staying in alignment with who I actually am, even when that’s meant going against the grain. That’s where I think authenticity is born. From making choices that match who you are on the inside, not who you think you should be.
For me, understanding my own numerological chart has played a surprisingly powerful role in that. It gave me language and insight into my patterns, strengths, and even my challenges. When you know your numbers, you start to see where you’re naturally meant to shine and where you’re being called to grow. That kind of clarity makes it way easier to make decisions that feel right…not just strategic ones. And when you’re moving from that place, you’re not performing. You’re just being. It’s so much easier to do things when it’s all coming from a real place. You don’t have to remember anything. You just be you and it all works.
That’s the kind of energy that builds trust. People resonate with it. They remember it. And they want to work with it. I think that’s really how you build a reputation that lasts.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the belief that I was supposed to carry everything. That if something was happening in my life, especially something as big and painful as a custody battle, it automatically meant it was mine to fix, mine to manage, and mine to control.
During a really long and draining fight for my kids, I hit a point where I honestly didn’t think I could do it anymore. It felt like everything was falling apart and no matter what I did, nothing was changing. I remember telling my dad that I just couldn’t handle it and I wanted to give up on the whole thing. And he said something that completely shifted how I looked at every part of my life. He told me I was trying to carry things that weren’t mine. That I was worrying about every detail as if I had power over all of it. But the truth was, there were only a few pieces that were actually mine at all.
He said, “You’re allowed to worry about the parts you can do something about. Worry about them until you’ve done what needs to be done. But then let it go. The parts you can’t control, like the judge’s decisions or your ex’s actions, those aren’t yours. So you don’t get to carry them.”
It took me a solid six months to really embody that lesson, but when it landed, it landed deep. Now, it’s one of the main ways I navigate life and even business. If I can do something about it, I will. If I can’t, then I release it…because it’s not mine to hold.
Even in Numerology, there’s this idea that your numbers show you what’s actually yours…your path, your energy, your work in the world. They don’t lie. They don’t ask you to take on anyone else’s karma or chaos. They guide you back to your part of the story. And that’s all you ever really have any control over anyway.
