Tamari, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
I love telling this story! I was at home scrolling on TikTok after landing my first ever tech sales job. I remember seeing people complain about how hard it is to break into the industry, and how there seemed to be a lot of gatekeepers who wouldn’t share insider secrets. So naturally, I decided to become the person who would spill all the details. I started my stan.store and immediately started sharing tips, tricks, and even my own personal story about my journey into tech sales and people LOVED it. I had a video blow up, and within the next day I had over 3k followers within a week of starting my TikTok account. I started seeing my videos posted on big tech pages, brands reaching out, influencers following me, it honestly felt crazy how fast my growth was. I had to really sit down and figure out how to incorporate my free flowing goofy personality into videos that were still informative. Once I learned to do that, I figured out the formula to have my content reach millions.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Of course. My name is Tamari but I go by Tbvnks sometimes. I got into the tech sales industry at 21 years old, with no degree, and no experience and I genuinely wanted to show people that it may seem difficult but it is very possible! I spent hours learning LinkedIn, studying resume templates, cover letters, etc. I devised a perfect formula for people to land high paying jobs working from home. I also am a Content Creator Coach, teaching people how to make passive income from monetizing their knowledge like I did so myself! My most popular services include a Job Outreach program in which applications are sent out daily for you, your LinkedIn is revamped to become the most professional it can be, a perfected resume and even interview guidance. Everything is automated for you, all you have to do is show up and kill your interviews! Within the first month, we had over 20 students sign up and land big offers! My other service includes total social media revamping and coaching. From working with me 1-on-1 for TikTok audits, to a digital product eBook that’s been killing it. I am most proud of how diverse I can be, and the results people are gaining from my services. The main thing I want people to know is that, I will always provide services that I think will provide genuine solutions to whatever problem you are facing. I show the real me and real results.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I love sharing the tips of building an online presence. I’ve always had a knack of making content and going viral and I realized it’s really about showing your true personality, and letting your thoughts flow naturally. I’ve always been a goofy person, that anyone can come to for a good laugh. I was initially reserved about showing that side on social media, but once I did and stopped caring valuing opinions of what people will think, my growth exponentially exploded. Another big tip is consistency. You can’t build rapport with an audience when you’re only posting once a week, or month even. People want to see and hear you and it’s best to give the people who’s investing time and money into you; what they want. I do want to stress quality over quantity and mental health of course. There’s nothing wrong with taking a break to give yourself time.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I take a very personal approach when it comes to keeping in touch with clients. I give out a personal cell of mine, I text, facetime, call, all of my clients because I see us as a community. I take it to heart that people want to invest in me so I treat they like family almost. Fostering brand loyalty for me came from showing real results from previous clients of mine. I like to show what I offer WORKS. I also answer questions, DM’s, messages, free consultation calls. I really offer a plethora ways of building loyalty to my fanbase.
