We recently connected with Tamara Smith and have shared our conversation below.

Tamara, appreciate you joining us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?

I have been grateful to have so many success stories when it comes to my customers using Tam Naturals Products.

One story in particular would be, I have a customer who has suffered with hyperpigmentation on their skin for most of their adult life. Within a week of using the Exfoliating Turmeric Soap, the customer reported to me that they saw tremendous success and results just from one week of consistently using the Exfoliating Turmeric Soap. This is a one of my proud moments, because when I created Tam Naturals, these are products I used myself that I created to help with the concerns I had with my skin and hyperpigmentation is one of them. Like my client, I needed something that would help me and was not finding anything over the counter, so I created my own products.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Nature’s Healing is something over the past 5 years that has truly been healing for my body. I began my natural healing journey after constantly hearing about the works of the late great, Dr. Sebi. He impressed me so much that I decided to look into sea moss, which then changed my life forever.

I started off using sea moss and turmeric on a regular basis and thought to myself if this is helping me be well, why would I not want to share it with others. Last year after COVID started I knew it was my duty to start sharing what I know about natural healing with the world. I launched Tam Naturals May 2020 and haven’t looked back.

Tam Naturals has become a household product in so many homes over the past year. My biggest struggle has been trying find ways to help educate people on becoming knowledgeable of how effective natural healing is. We live in a society where anything outside of medication and healing from a doctor is considered not normal and a bad thing to most people. I try to get people to understand that we are in control of our own bodies and most things that are grown from the earth give our bodies more nutrients than anything you can buy over the counter.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

I started Tam Naturals in 2020 after the pandemic started and right after I lost my father. I needed something to distract me from what was going on in the world, and Tam Naturals was it. I would have never thought I would grow so much with Tam Naturals and I would have to say it has been on of my saving graces that got me through on of the most difficult times in my life. I started so broken and now a few years later, I can say I am stronger than ever because of my journey.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The thing that has been my best source for Tam Naturals and gaining new clients has honestly been by word of mouth, which honestly I don’t think I would have it any other way. It makes me proud that my customers enjoy my products so much that they refer me to other people.
