We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tamara Luce Bianca. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tamara below.
Tamara, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
In April 2022 I took a leap of faith. I left a steady job in Marketing, one that I actually loved, to answer a heart-centered call. There was something stirring deep within me, a calling that I couldn’t ignore. It beckoned me to explore new paths, to seek fulfillment on a deeper level.
In that pivotal moment, I created my business practice from scratch: Luce Bianca Sound Healing and Meditation. I had never run my own business before, other than being a published independent fiction author and macro press. Unlike my previous experience, this endeavor required me to establish a physical presence, an actual “brick and mortar” practice. It meant stepping out into the community, venturing out on my own to network, engage with others, acquire knowledge, and forge connections. While I was wholeheartedly passionate about my role as a sound medicine practitioner and meditation coach, my introverted nature couldn’t help but raise concerns about how I would navigate this new landscape.
Fueled by my determination to succeed, I stepped out of my comfort zone. I began calling local yoga studios offering my services. I connected with local businesses asking if they’d be willing to host me as a demo for my sound bath meditations. While I harbored reservations, I understood that connecting with people and immersing myself in the community would be vital for the success of my practice.
After months of networking and overcoming doubts, I built a solid foundation of connections and gained clients. However, the true treasure lies in the incredible individuals I encountered within our community. From inspiring business leaders to devoted clients, their stories have deeply touched and enriched my life. Many stories included personal trauma and struggles and fascinating life stories. People’s vulnerability to share their experiences with me allowed me to pursue my passion more and more, seeing how my services contributes so much to their healing.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Being authentic and compassionate is the most important aspect of any business, but especially in my field. I encounter many people who suffer from past trauma, chronic pain, and limiting beliefs. This vulnerability is something I understand personally, having dealt with my own trauma and limitations. Growing my clientele has been a wonderful journey of truly understanding and connecting with people by simply being authentic and sharing my personal struggles. People yearn for connection and authenticity now more than ever. As many are turning more and more to holistic therapies, they are opening themselves to be vulnerable and sharing their stories with an open mind and open heart. That takes courage. In return, they need to feel comfortable with their practitioner, and I strive to make each experience and session safe and peaceful. I pay attention to small details. From mood lighting, soft spoken words, gentle music, explaining thoroughly what will happen during a session to temperature control, a personal and warm conversation, and often little, simple gifts, my clients feel truly heard and cared of.
I believe this has made a huge difference in growing my following. My tribe knows who I am, know what to expect, and trust that I am listening to their concerns with an open heart.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
Now a days my reading list includes many holistic books on energy work, sound vibrations, and more, But there have been a few significant books that helped me understand how to run my practice from a place of authenticity and trust.
One of the books that really shifted my perspective not only as as business woman but as an individual, is “Life Visioning” A Transformative Process for Activating Your Unique Gifts and Highest Potential” by Michael Beckwith. His work is all about speeding up and working on our individual spiritual evolution. I love how he merges science with spirituality. Being a business owner requires you to fully integrate all aspects of self. Beckwith’s work is an excellent resource to do that.
I’ve also invested in teachings from Jeffrey Allen, a Mind Valley instructor that teaches how to reconnect with your energy body, clear limiting beliefs, create boundaries, and crash through mental obstacles.
